We really enjoyed our stay at Susan and Tom's place. The apartment was easily accessible and had everything we needed. It was great to have a kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood was very beautiful and only a short drive to Ithaca. We would absolutely consider returning for our next trip to Ithaca!

Susan and Tom were very welcoming and we could not have asked for a better place. I was driving in from Toronto, ON and my friend was coming in from Brooklyn, NY. Susan and Tom were accommodating to both of our schedules and gave us lots of space and privacy. My friend and I cooked the whole time we were there and had no complaints. Clean, accessible and a beautiful area!

My fiancée, her 6 year-old daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Tom and Susan's apartment. They are great hosts providing us with insights and tips prior to our arrival as well as checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. We were pleased to find everything we were looking for in our stay and were happy to be able to cook a nice dinner having bought food from the Farmers Market in Ithica. With hiking and many other outdoor activities nearby, this was a perfect weekend getaway for us, we would recommend it in a heartbeat and will likely be back later on this summer.

My girlfriend and I came to Ithaca for a Cornell wedding, and had a lovely time staying with Susan and Tom. Although we didn't have a change to meet Susan in person, she was incredibly fast with email responses, and provided us with detailed instructions well in advance. We did get to chat briefly with Tom, who is very friendly and helpful. He had great suggestions for things to do in the area, and made sure we were comfortable and with everything we needed. The apartment itself is a basement apartment, with a separate entry. We weren't bothered by any noise from upstairs, and didn't feel that we were imposing when coming and going. There is a small living room area, kitchenette - although we were out for most of the time, it looks like it would have been comfortable to cook. There is a door separating the common areas from a bathroom and bedroom, and there was plenty of space in both rooms. The apartment has off-street parking, and is very conveniently located about a 10 min drive from Cornell University. We had a lovely time, and would definitely recommend to others when coming to the area!

I'm a retired editor and science writer from Cornell in Ithaca, NY, and Tom is a psychotherapist. Our recently renovated apartment, which is on the lower level of our home, is very private with its own entrance. You would have complete privacy, but we are happy to help you learn about the area, restaurants, etc.
