On the second floor of the Biedermeier house is the studio apartment with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Modern, timeless & practical. New: Air conditioning (central). 6 apartments and the installer company of our ancestors (since 1888) are under the same roof. A few minutes' walk away: Mariahilfer Straße, numerous grocery stores, culture and diverse gastronomy, public transport.

The space
This apartment is divided into a main room "Studio" with a large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The bathrooms and hallway were tiled in limestone design, otherwise parquet floors were installed in oak wood in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, a cozy, modern flair.

Guest access
Separate entrance via the staircase, the entire apartment is at your disposal. The 1st floor is above the ground floor, about 17 steps, there is no elevator. Self check-in.

*Heating: The achievable room temperature is set at 22° C. The heating season depends on the established times and starts around the beginning of October and ends around the end of April. Depending on the weather, we adjust the season.
*Air conditioning: Summer operation starts when the outdoor and indoor temperatures speak for a longer period of time for the operation of the air conditioning. Cool mode is only allowed, please do not fall below the target temperature of 22° C.
