Very contemporary, with an open-plan design, Villa Lucia boasts a huge, panoramic seaview from one side juxtaposed with a glass wall on the other side opening to a well-shaded patio and pool. Like Villa Johanna, the house features designer furniture and colourful, modern art by internationally-recognized Croatian artists.
