There is a small nook where you can sit and use the lap top, high speed internet/Wireless.
Use of Lounge to relax and watch TV or a movie, after a long day exploring Belfast.
Use The Kitchen to make coffee/tea or make yourself a meal.
Weather permitting sit outside in the garden,and watch the sun go down.
Peaceful and secure area 10 minutes from Belfast.
6 Minutes from Titanic Quarter ( Two Train halts)

The Townhouse is in the picturesque town of Holywood which is well known as a bustling little seaside town boasting plenty of shops, great restaurants and coffee shops, along with established art galleries and craft shops and many famous pubs.
Holywood is the setting for Patrick Taylor's wonderful book "An Irish Country Doctor."
Holywood (Ard Mhic Nasca) is located on the Belfast Lough shoreline: superb views of the Antrim Hills on the North shore and only 4 miles to Belfast City Centre.
There is the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum one train halt from house Illustrating the way of life and traditions of the people of Ulster.
You could walk there, and take in the beautiful beach and shore line of Belfast Lough,
There are two yacht clubs close to the house.
Holywood: The Towns rich ecclesiastical heritage is represented today by its most distinctive building; The Old Priory the site was formally a monastery founded by St. Laiseran in the early 7th Century. The graveyard has some interesting "residents" including members of the Praeger family, the Dunvilles (of the whiskey fame) and Sir Joseph Larmor world famous mathematician.
Norman Mote: When the Normans invaded Ulster in the 12th Century fortifications such as the Holywood Mote where widely seen across the land.
Praeger: Rosamund Praeger artist, sculptor and writer, younger sister of naturalist Robert Lloyd Praeger her work "Johnny the Jig" is just across the road from the maypole.
The Maypole: is the only one surviving in Ireland and is shown on maps as early as 1620.
The Maypole Bar (known locally as "Ned's) the owner says he serves the best draft Guinness in Ireland!
The Dirty Duck Ale House: is just a short walk from the house. Sit outside and watch the sun go down, there is live music and fantastic food. Fabulous views of Belfast Lough and the Antrim Hills on the North shore.
The Old Jetty is 50 meters from back door of house.(see last photo) There is a bird viewing hide a good 20mins walk, but well worth it.
The Train station is 2 minutes walk from the house, will take you to Belfast in 8 minutes, or to Bangor which is a seaside town with lots to do and a beautiful Marina.

10 minutes drive to Belfast City Centre
There is a patio/garden where you can enjoy a morning coffee and have a smoke, or have a barbecue (weather permitting)
Take a short walk to our local tennis courts, I have the equipment for you to use, also play paddle tennis on the beach.
Or take a nice stroll along the beach and watch the cruise ships come down Belfast Lough.
June is our towns Jazz and Blues festival time.
There is lots of parking

There is a BBQ outside and weather permitting we have had some great days/nights outside.
Interaction with guests
We are friendly and very interactive with our previous quests, but if you want your own space and want to left alone, that is not a problem.

Please make my home feel like home from home to you during your stay, relax and watch TV, play some board games, join us at meal times.
You can make your self coffee/tea anytime of the day, or make yourself some food if you want to save money from eating out!
But please clean up after you use the kitchen, you can eat outside or in, and if you smoke use the patio outside under the patio cover.
Please no food in the Bedroom. Thx
