This is a loft type house, the loft room is enclosed but if the loft door is left ajar, the air-conditioning unit can basically cool the entire house, it being small.

Potential to noise as we are parallel to Paseo del Congreso, the business district of Malolos City. We are a “secondary road” so there are lot of cars, public transpo such as jeep, tricycles and passers by.

Pls note, there’s a house reconstruction nearby, at the back of the neighboring property.
