Get comfortable and unwind in this 3 king bed, 2 twin bunks, and 3 bath condo complete with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the views from the comfortable screened-in patio overlooking the brook that flows down to the pond and fountain. Entertain with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table that seats 8 and bar seating for 4 more.

The space
With 3 new king beds, twin over twin bunk bed and 3 full baths, you should have all the space you need to accommodate your group. All new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen will allow you to entertain for any occasion. Vaulted ceilings throughout make the space feel spacious and inviting. The comfortable space extends onto the patio that overlooks the relaxing pond and fountain that you can hear all day long. Kid friendly with twin over twin bunk bed, a pack-n-play, "in-chair" high chair, and kids dinnerware so families can travel with less. 2 additional twin air mattresses are available to accommodate larger groups.

We think you'll love the location as our condo is far enough from the strip to give you a peaceful retreat, but close enough to all the action with just a short drive. Enjoy access to Wyndham amenities that include a pool and hot tub as well as the beautiful landscaping that can be enjoyed day or night.

The space is newly updated and we are excited for you to enjoy the new space.

Other things to note
Several amenities including Starbucks, 2 outdoor pools and hot tub! Within a short distance of a first class golf course at Point Royale. Also a movie theater, a spa, and a café on the property for an additional cost.
