The situation is rural, yet close to the main north/south motorway 5kms, and easy driving distance to/from Auckland Airport 40mins. You look out onto farm paddocks, animals and in summer, roses along the fence line. Patio, BBQ, & parking near unit.

The space
You are welcome to help feed various animals; chickens, ducks, goats and kids or lambs when born in the spring.
I would also be very happy to walk around the paddocks with you, and pat animals as we go, or just admire the views from the hill.
