The space
Luxury Villa Castello Rogoznica is a modern stone villa located in a quiet part of Zečevo Rogoznički, just 20 meters from the sea and 2 km from the center of Rogoznica. It is ideal for a family or a relaxing vacation with friends, offering the perfect combination of luxury, privacy and Mediterranean atmosphere.

The villa is spread over three floors and has a total of 5 bedrooms with king-size beds and 5 en suite bathrooms, with 2 additional guest toilets. It is suitable for up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The wellness area includes a jacuzzi, Turkish and Finnish saunas, a massage area and an LCD TV. On the first and second floors there are bedrooms with private terraces and a beautiful sea view. The master suite has an additional kitchen, living room and a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi.
