Airbnb's fourth "Most-Wishlisted" property across all of Canada, our beautiful loft cabin has incredible views of the Sechelt Inlet and gets all the afternoon sun. The beach is a three minute walk downhill, and our community is very quiet as it sits at the end of the road. Why not come and relax for a few days?
Our cabin has a wonderful view of the Sechelt Inlet. And it is all yours to enjoy. It is an a-frame, and so has a very open layout on the inside. It has an upstairs loft as the bedroom with an attached balcony out front.
The bathroom is very bright, having a large skylight to let light in, and it features a lovely claw foot bathtub for soaking in.
The cabin is situated very close to the end of the road that it lives on (10kms from the town of Sechelt), so there is little to no traffic to disturb your time away. Be careful, you may have the best sleep of your life here.
There is oodles of hiking and mountain biking nearby (Coast Gravity Park is just up the road) as well as plenty of events and festivals to be enjoyed, especially during the summer months. Our cabin is a perfect retreat for anyone interested in experiencing the best of British Columbia.
Two people can be accommodated very comfortably, but as well there is a pullout couch downstairs that can sleep two more!
The cabin is fully self-contained including its own, private kitchen, living room, bathroom, loft sleeping area, and both an upstairs and downstairs deck with a barbecue. There is plenty of room for parking.
Interaction with guests
We always try our hardest to be at the cabin when guests arrive! If for whatever reason that is not possible, guests are welcome to let themselves in. Of course, no one really locks their doors up here, anyway :)
After introductions are made, we tend to leave guests to their own devices. We live in the cabin in front, and invite guests to knock on our door anytime with questions, comments, concerns or suggestions!
Other things to note
Families with kids are more than welcome to stay, but please note the cabin has not been specially setup to be toddler friendly (ie. there is plenty of fun things to pull off of shelves, etc). As well the stairs to the loft are quite steep, and it is very open between the two floors. On one side of the loft bedroom area, it is open to the floor below.
Please try to keep noise down after around 11pm, smoking permitted outside only!
