Located on the 12th floor, this oceanfront end unit boasts spectacular unparalleled and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious balcony.
A bright atmosphere will greet you the moment you step inside as well as an open floor plan that combines the upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living room and dining room. There is plenty of room and privacy for the whole family in this 1600 square feet property. Many upgraded extras include stainless steel appliances, hardwood tile flooring, ceramic tile throughout, and upgraded OLED flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. This beachfront retreat offers guests a convenient balcony overlooking the beach as well as being equipped with an electric grill with provided utensils.
Sterling Breeze is complete with a sizable infinity pool (heated seasonally) as well as an outdoor hot tub, a snack bar/grill and a gym.
