If you are looking for a perfect location this is it! Just across from Notre Dame Cathedral and a few blocks from metro. Many restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable with lots of beautiful windows with great views. Had to keep pinching ourselves to believe we were there in such a great place! Thanks Olivier for sharing your apartment with us! We will be back!!!

The apartment is very well located, beautifully in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral. It was good for a family of 3 people. The only big remark is that the people who are supposed to take care of the keys were completely disorganized and had no idea that the keys should be gotten there or who the host was. It was really uncomfortable to arrive as no one knew anything about the keys. There is no microwave and the stairs to arrive are hard if you have big luggages. The floor was not that clean either and the sheets looked like they had not been cleaned after the last person who stayed there. Other than that I would stay there again.

Great apartment in the heart of a bustling Paris. Hard to believe the views of Notre dame from the windows. Comfortable for family of 4 with teenage kids no problems at all. Sure it can be a touch noisy but new double glazed windows do a pretty good job of keeping the noise down. Highly recommended.

This apartment was in a fabulous location. The views are amazing from every window. It was great to have a kitchen it was very modern and everything was clean. So clean we didn't find the cabinet with the cofffee cups for 3 days with the stream lined cabinets blend right into the walls. The bunk beds were great for my kids plus we even watched Disney junior in French on the TV. The Shakesphere and Co coffee shop downstairs had great breakfast items and 1 night we stayed in and ate dinner in the apartment with all the windows open and felt like we were at a restaurant. The washing machine was great to have too since as a family of 4 who stayed for 6 nights we had a lot of dirty clothes. It is a loud outside with street noise so we had to shut our windows as night and it was warm when we visited but there was a fan. This place is right by (walkable) to the RER train, Metro and Bateau Bus plus great food stores at Maubert Market and so many restaurants. Thank you so much for letting us use your house. I highly recommend it to anyone with kids. The hall stairs are old and being worked on but I thought is was cool to see the inside workings of this old building.

As soon as we arrived at Olivier’s apartment, we knew we’d made an excellent choice. The apartment is exactly as it’s depicted in the photos, except for one thing: you cannot experience the awe of looking out of your window at Notre Dame until you’re there doing it. It’s unbelievably wonderful and the photos cannot begin to capture this feeling. We arrived late Saturday afternoon and within 30 minutes of our arrival we heard the bells for Saturday mass. They rang for around 20 minutes. It was a lovely, welcoming serenade. The apartment was very easy to find as it’s in a well-known location. It’s a quick walk from the Saint-Michel Metro stop although you have to navigate your way past souvenir shops and restaurants on a narrow sidewalk (with certain luggage this could be an issue). There’s a taxi rank at the metro stop so that’s also an option. The apartment itself is comfortable. Olivier has excellent taste in décor as you can tell from the photos! The steps up to the apartment are pretty easy. Once in the apartment, look for the booklet Olivier so thoughtfully put together that tells you about the history of the building, his dining recommendations, and other bits of local info. The kitchen is well appointed and dishes are easy to find. He supplies coffee pods for the coffee maker (quite nice to have a coffee in the morning while gazing at either the park or the cathedral with the windows open so you can hear the sounds of the city or perhaps the calls to services). The bedroom/s are downstairs. We have two daughters so the bunk beds were perfect. And the beds are comfortable. The bedroom itself is very cozy and dark enough for sleeping. It’s also amazingly quiet. During the day, with windows open upstairs, you wonder if you’ll be able to sleep from the bustle of the city, but it’s perfectly fine at night. The bathroom is just the right size and has a washer/dryer if you need one. In all, we would highly recommend this apartment and when we return to Paris, we hope it’s available!

A fantastic location; central, and within walking distance of nearly everything. The apartment is well laid out and very comfortable. It is larger than it looks in the pictures, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We went to an organic farmers market on blvd Raspail, and stocked up on cheeses, pates, berries, yogurts, pastries and veggies to enjoy the whole week. The area is packed with restaurants and bars. The views out of the windows are unbeatable. Over all, a great place to stay. We will stay here on our next visit.
