-Stay up to/for 5 people (extra people have an extra charge) ask before booking.
- Check-in time after 3:30 PM.
-Apartment on the 3rd floor of the Punto Lomas building (which gives it a good view and tranquility next to the building's amenities)
-IT IS FORBIDDEN to move the furniture in the rooms. It will automatically generate an extra cost.
- Check-out time before 11:00 AM, as the cleaning lady arrives at 10:45 AM to clean.
-The ARRIVAL or DEPARTURE time cannot be changed if there is a departure or arrival on the same day !!!!!!, if there is no departure or arrival, it may be possible to change it….. with an extra cost depending on the hours (as long as it is discussed and authorized).
-It does not include daily cleaning, the cleaning fee is because the property is left clean upon arrival)
-Notify at least half an hour before your arrival to be aware of your arrival, (the entrance is by means of key delivery in person and/or safe box!)
-The garage is a space marked with the number 13, the apartment number.
-Any questions, concerns or suggestions, please let me know when entering the property.
-If a problem arises during your stay, please let me know so I can fix it.
-Consider that only 2 towels are left per room and one hand towel per bathroom.
-A small sample of shampoo and soap is left per bathroom (each client must supply their personal items and products to use during their stay.)
- You are given the apartment key.
-Do not set the minisplit below 22 degrees Celsius, always keep them above 22.
- Keep the windows closed whenever the 'mini-split' and air-conditioning are working.
- Turn everything off if you leave the house.
-The GARBAGE truck comes by on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 4 pm. If you have a lot to throw out, please put it outside the building.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the balcony.
-If you smoke in the balcony area, please DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the floor, use a container.
- Respect the house rules.
- Turn off lights and air conditioners whenever not in use.
-Do not accumulate dirty dishes, and keep your room clean.
- Immediately report any faults that arise, so that no extra charge is generated!
-When leaving, check that everything is turned off.
-The laundry room is for the exclusive use of the cleaning staff.
-Use the building's terrace responsibly to avoid complaints and warnings.
-All air conditioners and televisions have a remote control.

-UPON DEPARTURE, DO NOT REPORT ANY ITEMS MISSING OR NOT WORKING!, YOU WILL BE REPORTED UNTIL AFTER THE CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT-
