Fantastic location for all your outdoorsey needs - trailhead within blocks, very bikeable neighborhood, and convenient busses made it easy to get around without a car. Mark was a great host, we appreciated his flexibility with our busy schedule on arrival day (he left us instructions on how to make ourselves at home, which we did!) Oh and having all the basics: soap, shampoo, even real conditioner was a fantastic touch!

Mark was the perfect host, and his place is really well located in a nice leafy part of Boulder, close to the mountains, trails, and Pearl Street and the Hill. Everything was very well explained, he checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and he was easy to reach in case of a question. His house is beautiful and stylishly decorated, the room with attached office and walk-in closet was nice and spacious, overall it was the perfect place to stay while visiting Boulder. I just wish I'd had the time to use the hot tub!

The Mark´s house is a very nice place. For me was perfect ! Near of the UC campus. Very ordered with a nice decoration, besides the room have a private door. It was great experience in an confortable room. Mark always tried to help me. I bought some things from Amazon and Mark allows me to receive it, in his home. Boulder is a city with all facilities for bikers. Mark lent me a bike, it was fantastic ! Thank you Mark.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from university and mountain trails. Mark has a bike for guests, which works great in Boulder. The house is charming, clean and quiet with a well equipped kitchen. Mark is a great host, very welcoming, helpful, yet respectful of his guest's privacy.

Mark is a good natured, enthusiastic fella who did everything he could as a host. The room was perfect for me, with its own entrance, study, comfy bed and private bathroom just down the hall. It was living like a local for the week I was in Boulder.

Mark was a great host, welcoming yet providing plenty of privacy. This was the first time I rented a room only in a private house, and it worked out fine. The location is wonderful and just as described. Just like being a local, and walking distance to everything. I did notice that one review mentions bikes, but there were none available. There are a couple of bike rental shops on Pearl st and a bike sharing station nearby. I highly recommend biking in Boulder. All in all a great experience at Mark's and a bargain as well!

I am an avid traveler and love to discover off-the-beaten-track destinations and far-flung cultures, but I still think Boulder is the ideal place to come home to. While I'm away or when I'm home, I love to share my charming small town with visitors. I moved to Boulder to attend CU, started a business here, and can't find any reason to leave this beautiful place.

I'm a busy entrepreneur and if I'm in town, I will be unobtrusive during your stay - though I'm available to share tips about what to see or do while you're here in the Rockies. I've been a skier since I was 5, I know the mountains well and I'm happy to share tips and advice. I can also point you to Boulder's best latte, sunny hiking trail or Indian food

When I'm not working, you can find me playing beach volleyball (summer), snowboarding (winter) and eating avocados (year round).
