This newly refurbished modern flat will be the base for your exploration of Barcelona.
It is a spacious and luminous apartment, perfect for a families with kids.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom in facing the street (a very small and quiet street) and the second room has bunk beds and is an interior and quiet bedroom too.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds for 2 people.
The building has been newly renovated and there are just 2 flats in the building.
The area is popular with artists and a generally bohemian crowd, it also has a high ethnic population and the highest concentration of foreign restaurants in Barcelona.
Plaça de Sol is the most renowned area of the neighborhood, it's lined with terrace cafes and at night this is where the people convene to drink and be merry. However despite the trendy nature of Gràcia it is also a very traditional barrio with a large elderly population which makes for an amusing and odd mix - and very entertaining people-watching!
Gràcia is totally self-sufficient. That is to say you could stay in Gràcia and never have to leave, there are good amenities of every sort, great bars, cosy cafes, a real Mediterranean lifestyle. Whilst everything like the buildings, streets and plaças are in much smaller scale than those in the centre of town there is some striking art nouveau architecture to be seen.
Guests will have access to entire apartment, garden and private swimming pool.

Within walking distance to some touristic attractions, easy to access any part of the city by public transportation and easy to go the the airport.
Lots of great restaurants and bars around the place. On request we will send you a full list with our recommendations.
Note that the government of Catalunya imposes a tourist tax of 2.48 to be paid by every person over 16 per night with a maximum length of 7 days.
The tax is a small price to pay in exchange for clean beaches, well-maintained roads, and good facilities.
Standard Check in is from 15:00h to 20:00h. However we can accommodate late arrivals as well.
Note: if there is no booking for that day we could arrange a later check-out if possible.
Additional cleaning, bedding etc can be arranged for longer stay - but you have to inform us before the booking about this.
Please note the extra charges for late arrivals:
Arrivals, after 20:00 have to pay 25 euros in cash to the persone making the check in with you.

During your stay please pay station to all above:
Please do not make loud noise or play loud music after 22:00;
Turn off the lights and the air conditioning units whenever you leave the apartment;
It is not allowed to have guests over beyond the ones you indicate during your reservation;
If you lose a key, there will be a charge of €50 to replace the set;
On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage;
Check-out time is by 11:00h. Arrangements can be made to leave luggage in apartment until departure of Barcelona if no other reservations are pending.
A deposit will be hold by Airbnb. The deposit will be refunded in full upon departure if none of the following occur:
Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows:
Non authorised departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency.
Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract.
Disturbing the neighbourhood. Any guest who caused any disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all.
Any damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants:
A portion of the deposit will be retained for leaving the apartment in excessively dirty conditions; please make sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed and garbage has been thrown out.
Finally, strict no smoking allowed in the apartment, but you're free to do so on the balcony.
