* 🧍‍♂️ Children 12+ only - While we love children, this home is not designed, equipped or appropriate for children under 12 yrs.

* 👶 Infants under 6 months may be considered with prior approval so that we can make special accommodations.

• 🚭 No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the home or on the property.

• 🐾 No pets are permitted on the property.

• 🚙 Garage parking is reserved for the homeowner. Ample driveway parking is available.

Please note:

* Like much of the Treasure Coast, our area hears the train - and ours is no exception. It’s become a charming part of life here, and many guests have grown to love it too :)

* For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras actively monitoring the property - one at the driveway and one at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home.

*The home also has noise monitors in the living and dining area to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests. These devices do not record conversations or sounds, they monitor decibel levels.

* From December to April the pool is heated to a comfortable 86°F - perfect for year round enjoyment.
