Reem & I are delighted to offer our newly-renovated, spacious 1 bedroom apartment in strategic location near Trinity College. From here you can enjoy everything in Dublin city centre within walking distance! Ideal for couples!

The space

Our apartment is a large newly renovated one-bed with a spacious open-plan living area and balcony. There is a desk area for writing postcards!

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, black glass hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine - everything you need to make your stay feel like a home from home.

There is a large bedroom with a king size bed and lots of storage space, and a separate bathroom across the hall.

There is high-speed WiFi, electric heaters and the fireplace is fitted with a top-quality Stanley stove, which you are welcome to use (just be careful when opening the door that hot things don't fall out on the floor...)

Dublin's main attractions (Trinity College, Grafton Street, Stephen's Green, Temple bar, etc.), along with lots of great bars, restaurants and cafes, are no more than 5 to 15 minutes walk away!

We really hope you enjoy your stay and are happy to give tips of places to visit and things to do while in Dublin!

We try to be as accommodating as possible and can usually store your luggage should the need be.

Guest access

The apartment is in a secure complex, accessible through a pedestrian gate on Hogan Avenue.

Other things to note

The apartment is stocked with bed linen, towels and shampoo, iron and ironing board, wardrobe and a clothes rack with hangers. And there's a vacuum cleaner too!
At present there are some construction works in the buildings opposite. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Very good location. Clean and tidy and with all the mod cons you need for brief weekend stay.

I would definitely recommend Sean's flat for a stay in Dublin. The location was great, close enough to walk to the city center, but in a quiet residential area. The flat was also comfortable and well equipped. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late at night, Sean was really friendly and helpful during the check-in. He had left a welcoming note with recommendations for places to go for food and drinks, which we found very useful.

Sean was very nice and friendly. The local guidance he left to us is very helpful. The apartment is clean and tidy, and it is exactly the same as in the picture. Lovely place to stay and very good location. I would love to come again if possible.

Sean was amazing and helpful with an awkward arrival as my travel partner and I arrived at different times. The apartment is very close to the city as well as site seeing tours.

Had a wonderful time while I was on holiday in Dublin, made all the better by having a great place to stay! The apartment was set up lovely with plenty of space and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Situated in a nice little area with only a 20 minute walk to the town was perfect & plenty of little shops near by incase you need anything. Although Sean could not be there to meet us personally he went above and beyond to make sure we were ok through out the entire trip & gave us lots of great tips on places to eat out and where to go! His friend Michelle made sure we were well looked after and could not have been anymore friendly & helpful when we arrived right up until we left. I would definitely recommend this great little place and Sean as a host he was great, hopefully I will be back : )

We had a really good time in Dublin and Sean was friendly and helpful. However, we were a bit disappointed by the flat. In my opinion it was a bit too expensive (location was not in the heart of Dublin but in really quite area with not much to do, furniture were old and not cosy, there was no hot water the day we arrived...). The checkin and check out was a bit complicated as well. But again really nice and friendly couple !

Response from Sean:
Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we are delighted you enjoyed your time in Dublin. In relation to your comments: As for the price, our price changes depending on the time of the year. It is the Christmas and new year holiday season which is the most expensive time of the year, and as you know you are renting a full apartment. As for the location, we are 10 minutes away from Trinity College and 15 minutes Grafton Street, and some of the most popular bars and restaurants in Dublin are only 7 - 10 minutes walk (the Bath Bar, Herb Street, the Ginger Man, Farmer Brown's). We clearly indicated this in the description of our apartment. As for the furniture, it is exactly as per the pictures, and we find it cosy ;) As for the hot water, as you did, it heats in 20 minutes once you turn on the boost. We hope you enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso and using our cosy fire. We thank you again for your valuable review and, since this is our first time hosting on Airbnb, we look forward to offering an even better experience to our future guests.
