Experience lakeside charm in your private suite at a renovated century home in Goderich, Ontario. Just minutes from Lake Huron. Cook in the thoughtfully designed kitchen, or sip coffee on the deck watching breathtaking sunsets. Modern bathroom and comfortable living spaces make it ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a relaxing, year-round getaway near beaches and local attractions.
The space
The guest room is in the front of the home and is accessed by the front door on the main porch.
The room backs on to the main porch and has 2 large picture windows that give a view onto it and the front yard.
The backyard is accessible from the living room. A French door opens onto a small deck and a small flight of steps take you down to large stamped concrete patio area where you will have a large dining table under a gazebo.
The patio is surrounded by gardens and a small grassy area, and is separated from the back half of the yard with some privacy fences and curtains.
Guest access
The guest room and ensuite bathroom are exclusive to our guests.
The main floor and backyard are shared with us, the home owners, however we try to stay off site as much as possible to allow our guests to have the space more exclusively.
Guests have full access to the kitchen and all the utensils and appliances.
The 2nd floor is private to the homeowner.
The far fenced off side of the backyard, the pool and hot tub are a separate rental accommodation.
During your stay
We are always close but do try to stay off site as much as possible. We do have to be onsite for some on going daily property maintenance however we are always happy to communicate and coordinate our daily plans with guests to optimize your privacy and comfort.
