• The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station

• The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival
• Mid-stay cleanings available upon request (additional fee)
• Pool is cleaned once per week, usually Friday (may vary)

• For everyone’s safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances.

CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before the guest's arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent inbox. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home and only the initial items will be available at the house. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: Dove mini 1oz Essential Body Wash, Dove mini 1oz Hydrating Lotion, Dove mini 1oz Shampoo Bottles, Dove mini 1oz Daily Moisture Conditioner, Dove mini 25g Cream Beauty Bar, Tissue
