Welcome to my brand new, super central flat in Shoreditch, zone 1, with funky wall art and beautiful decor details. Hoxton station is one minute away and the exciting Shoreditch night life just around the corner! Refurbished throughout in late 2015.

The space
The flat has been completely refurbished in late 2015 - everything from bathroom and kitchen to dark wood floor in the living space and all appliances - is brand new for you to enjoy. The flat features stunning wall art, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom and quirky details such as burgundy retro fridge. I'm also proud of hand made dressing table in the master bedroom I bought from a local artist. If you like treating yourself and friends or family to stays in special places with plenty of character, you will absolutely love it here :)

The flat will always be professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival with towels provided. Since the keys are deposited in a secure lockbox outside of the property, late arrivals are never a problem!

Guest access
The entire flat is open for you and your friends/family to use: two double bedrooms (master bedroom with kingsize bed and guest bedroom with small two seater sofa bed - best to sleep one adult or two kids), massive open plan living space with kitchen and very big & comfy sofa bed for two and stunning new bathroom with shower cubicle. Over 80 square metres of beautiful, quirky space in total. Enjoy! :)

The guest bedroom has an electric piano and a good guitar - do use them if you play! Also, as tech company founders we have Apple TV and Netflix and, of course, high speed Internet

Other things to note
I used to use an agency to help manage bookings but learnt my guests are happiest when I attend to things personally and make sure all your needs are met. I will always send you my personal contact details so you can get in touch with me any time. I really care that you have an awesome stay at my place :)

Also, I believe there is no such thing as an absolutely perfect place since different styles of places to live suit different people. So here is a list of all things I could think of that may be an issue so you can consider before you book. Frankly, the last thing I'd want is for you to arrive and be disappointed by something.

- the building in which our flat is located isn't the prettiest or the newest. When buying the property we chose to optimise for amazing location and not spare any expense when it comes to flat renovation. This came at a cost of living in a bit more modest building than some new builds you will see in the centre.

- there is a small staircase in the flat, leading up to two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is no handle bar next to the stairs which means it could be less suitable for elderly guests or those with small children.

- we have a small bathroom. We made the absolute most with the space we have during renovation (and I'm quite proud of the effect!) but this means you won't be able to relax in the bathtub or sip champagne in the jacuzzi as there was no space to put one. My next flat will surely have both ;)

- also because of the age of the building the water pressure in the shower is perhaps a little more faint than other places you may have stayed. Most certainly good enough for a nice shower though!

Shoreditch is by far the best place to live - and to stay - in London, at least in my humble opinion :) The night life and arts scene are buzzing and the famous Tech City, where I work, is round the corner. You will also come across very interesting, creative people from all parts of the world here. Within 5 minutes walk there is a funky restaurant Beagle, built underneath railway arches, my favourite organic cafe Troyganic with buffet of salads and hot dishes (I eat there a few times a week!) and Looking Glass cocktail bar with a secret door behind a giant mirror, leading to a secret chamber... :) So much to explore! You will find a full list of my favourite local places available on request. Can't help feeling you'll love them as much as I do :)

I run my own business in Shoreditch (London) during the day and indulge in a bit of burlesque at night. In short, there is not a dull day in my life. I love being active, travelling, getting inspired by new places and new people. If you are all about interesting lifestyle and constantly stretching yourself, there is a very good chance we will get on :)
