The space
Enjoy peace and quiet in my modern 2020-built detached home, situated on a serene cul-de-sac. A short 10-minute drive takes you to the West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway.

Free off-road and on-road parking are available.

Stroll along the River Stour canal or walk to nearby Aldi, Costa Coffee, and a carvery restaurant within 10 minutes. KFC, Starbucks, and McDonald's are just 15 minutes away.

Located on the Worcester side of Kidderminster, with excellent transport links to Droitwich, Worcester, Bromsgrove, and Bewdley.

Exclusive access to your private bathroom featuring a large bath, rain shower, face cloths, plush towels, and toiletries including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

You can also share the fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, which includes a hob, oven, Ninja air fryer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, you have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer.
