The space
The apartment is approximately 113 m² and has been fully renovated with high-quality materials.

It will only be available for seasonal renters, that is, stays of more than 11 days.

Upon entering, you'll find an impressive open-plan kitchen with an American-style bar. It is fully equipped with top-brand appliances such as a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, etc. It also includes a Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils to make you feel at home.

Next is the living-dining area, forming a single, open space with the kitchen, making it very bright and offering stunning views of the East Beach sunsets. It features a balcony that wraps around the entire apartment, allowing you to enjoy the views from every room.

Continuing down the hallway, on the left you'll find the first double bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobes. This room has access to the terrace and enjoys plenty of natural light.

Opposite, there's a fully equipped bathroom with a modern and functional design, shared by the rest of the apartment.

At the end of the hall on the left is a room ideal for the youngest members of the family, which can also be adapted for two adults if needed. Positioned on the corner of the apartment, it offers both frontal and lateral sea views, with exquisite natural light.

Finally, we end the description with the crown jewel: the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Spacious and full of light like the rest of the home, it includes a modern, fully equipped bathroom with attention to every detail.
