Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, rooftop terrace, outdoor living areas, kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. You’ll also be able to enjoy the Naia community amenities such as the beachfront pool, restaurants, and spa (additional cost).
Please note that two areas are reserved for the owners and not accessible to guests:
• The garage
• The owner’s closet
Everything else in the home and community is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Other things to note
• Naia Spa & Restaurants: Guests are welcome to enjoy the Naia Spa and on‑site restaurants at regular guest rates. These are just a short walk from the villa.

Just a bit farther south is Sirenian Bay Resort, home to Inky’s Mini Golf, Inky’s Bar & Grill, tennis and pickleball courts, a wine cellar, a cocktail bar, and its own spa and fitness center.

I am marine biologist and love nature. Originally from Austria we traveled a lot and lived in different countries but somehow Belize doesn't let us go :-) We, my wife Simone and I, live in Maya Beach. For years we have now been working as property managers for several properties in the area. We love diving, dining out and a cold beer on our dock overlooking the beautiful canal just steps away from the Placencia lagoon. We are very much looking forward to hosting you in the small country of Belize.
