Over-looking our private courtyard located at the back of our building are two open-concept rental spaces. Bright and cozy with a charming mix of modern and antique decor, they can be rented individually or together to accommodate a larger group. The front of the building houses Parlour, our AVEDA Concept Hair Salon.

This listing is for Suite #5, our two-story open-concept apartment. The living room, fully equipped kitchen and a small 2 piece washroom with laundry machines occupy the ground floor. The pull-out couch in the living room opens up to make a queen sized bed.

The bedroom space and a large 3-piece washroom are located on the top floor, an open-concept modern mezzanine with glass walls. Customizable rolling blinds can be adjusted for your comfort and privacy.

You will have full access to Suite # 5 with a 24hr keyless entry. The suite overlooks our private courtyard which is occasionally shared with other guests.

I do not live on the property but I work nearby from Wednesday to Saturday and can be reached at any time.

The ByWard Market is a vibrant and tourist-friendly historic neighborhood featuring Ottawa's top shops, patios, and restaurants. Parliament Hill, the National Art Gallery, and the National Arts Centre are walking distance from the suite.

There is a bus stop right around the corner, servicing local bus lines. Two of the major Public Transportation hubs, Rideau Street and Mackenzie King are less than a 10 minute walk away. The scenic cycling path is accessible from Major's Hill Park, a 5 minute walk away. Parking lots are available at all four corners of our location.

The entrance to the courtyard & suites is located on the side of the building. During the salon's business hours, guests are welcome to access the courtyard by walking through the salon.
