Needless to say, being able to stay so close to the white waters is a dream come true and we want to share this great vacation spot with other beach-lovers visiting the beautiful Newport Beach area. Why the Owner Chose Balboa Peninsula: We custom designed this beach house to enjoy the gorgeous views of Newport Beach and Harbor. The location near the Newport Pier enables you to leisurely stroll the boardwalk, go pier fishing, or just people watch while relaxing on the beach sands. The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: Private outdoor living area with white water views. Literally just a few steps to the sand and surf. Very close to the Newport Pier. THE HOME IS BRAND NEW!
