The property is located in a quiet and beautiful country setting right by Gunpowder River, about a 30 minute drive from Baltimore. The property is shared with the main house and a shared driveway, but is a separate unit. The closest grocery store is about 15 minutes away. (Wegmans of Hunt Valley, or Graul's in Hereford) and cell service can be inconsistent depending on your carrier in this rural area.

I'm a photographer, art educator and mama. I love to hike, kayak, travel and cook, and to drink the darkest roast coffee I can find. I grew up in New Hampshire, spent more than a decade in Maryland, spent a few years out in Seattle, and am now back in Maryland! Fun fact, we traveled the country in our tiny house with our first son and Great Dane, living full time in the tiny house for two years.
