DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Snowy winters, sledding hills around the house, proximity to snowmobile trails and No smoking

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. Swim in the stamp, fish in the river or water, go mountain hiking in pristine nature or just relax in silence with no neighbors. Here you can be for yourself and unplug it. We do not have electricity on the setra, but we do have gas heating in the water and gas stove in the kitchen. In winter, there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in by snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in sanitary facilities and hot tub is closed during winter.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Accommodation on the ground floor of a typical house, ideally located on the Vildmarksvägen. Surrounded by nature, this peaceful place is perfect for a relaxing family stay. Direct access to the lake for lovers of fishing or calm by the water. It all started when a French couple, misplaced in Scandinavia during the pandemic, found refuge in Sweden. Nothing foresaw this departure, and yet here we are, surrounded by the snowy expanses and the silence of the great outdoors.

Arctic Dome Huså

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. At the foot of Åreskutan at Huså, you can now stay in our Arctic Dome. Here you can enjoy the view of Kallsjön and Åreskutan. Here you can easily be on your own, but still be close to the ski slope or Åre. Our guests can use the farm's shower and sauna if desired and for a fee. This is agreed with the landlord. Breakfast and dinner can be brought to the dome and enjoyed there. You are welcome to visit us in Huså.

4-bed fishing cottage just beside Långan

Cottage with simpler standard perfect for fishing in the river Långan. Fishing prohibited: 1 sept-31 okt och 15 april-31 maj In the main room there is a fireplace, a dining table and four beds. In the kitchenette there is a gas stove with two burners and simple kitchen equipment for four people. Outhouse in a separate storage house. The cottage is located downstream of Lillforsen in Långan on the west side of the river a couple of hundred meters from the road.

Cozy little annex

Cozy little annex for you/those of you who just need a place to sleep on the way from A to B. Includes three sleeping places. There is no possibility of cooking in the annex, but it is possible to grill outside when the weather permits. There is drinking water and kettle, coffee and tea in the annex, and everything else you need to have a simple meal. Evening food and/or breakfast can be booked with the host. Rental price includes bed linen and towels
