Fully detached cottage with a terrace, large garden and separate veranda, all at your disposal. Playground, animal park and small outdoor swimming pool ('t Heike) within walking distance (400 m). Various walks in forests and heath in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket, cafe, cafeteria and pizzeria in the village (1.5 km). Within 15 minutes you are by car in the city center of's-Hertogenbosch, it is 40 minutes by bike (12 km). The tourist tax of €4.75 per person per night is already included in the price.

Hospitable enjoyment, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Tussen Broek en Duin". Recently renovated with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.

In 7 minutes by car, you are in's-Hertogenbosch. Rosmalen station is within walking distance. Private space to safely store/recharge your bike. Free parking on own property.

Den Bosch/Vught- Het Atelier, something special

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

Onder de rook van de Sint-Janskathedraal ligt, op fietsafstand (10 min.) van het centrum, B&B KLAAS. Ontdek vanuit hier wat 's-Hertogenbosch jou te bieden heeft. Liever de natuur in? Vanuit onze B&B zijn er diverse fiets- en wandelroutes naar en door verschillende natuurgebieden, bossen en parken.

Bed and Breakfast 't Heesje

Wij zijn Chris en Ans. In 2023 zijn wij begonnen met het bouwen van een kleine B&B in onze achtertuin. Deze achtertuin bevindt zich op 15 fietsminuten van het prachtige ‘s-Hertogenbosch met zijn historische centrum. Een lang gekoesterde wens is hiermee in vervulling gegaan. Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

Our nineteenth-century farmhouse includes an outbuilding that we have restored over the past years as a work and guesthouse. In this guest house you will find a new kitchen, library / living room with sofa bed, a large open dining and working area with mezzanine and 3 (sleeping) rooms on the first floor.
