La casa vacanze My way! si trova immersa nel verde circondata dalle colline marchigiane. Qui potrete svegliarvi al canto degli uccelli, e rilassarvi all’ombra di un pergolato con un buon bicchiere di vino locale. La casa vacanze dispone di una camera da letto, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata. Viene fornita anche la biancheria. All'esterno, un ampio giardino privato con barbecue, doccia e solarium. A pochi minuti di auto troverete pittoreschi borghi medievali e Grotte di Frasassi.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Casa Spagnoli

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our garage during closed hours. Period residence in the historic centre of Assisi, convenient for walking around with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
