Vacation rentals with a firepit in Roswell

Carmen is very nice and kidness person. She is always attentive and responsible. Super host. The house is amazing

Carmem's place was beautiful and quaint. It was the easiest check in and checkout I have ever had through air bnb. This was also the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in. The place had everything we needed and more. With major winds, we lost wifi, but it allowed us time to play ping pong and a plethora of other board games that were available. The home was in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks, and it was just a few short minutes from the main drag with restaurants and alien attractions close by. We appreciated that our dog was allowed in the house. We wish we had more time in Roswell so we could use the fire pit and backyard a bit more. Thank you, Carmen, for allowing us to stay in your home!

The Coop was such a fun and memorable stay! My daughter had a blast trying to count all of the chickens—definitely a highlight for the kids. The dog run was a great bonus and made it easy for us to head into town and explore all the nearby attractions without worrying. We experienced a power outage during our visit, but thankfully, the board games saved the night. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to see. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Brenda is great host and if the opportunity arises to visit again, we will look to stay at one of her properties first! We went with the expectation that we were staying in a historic home and expected some idiosyncrasies, which allowed us to really enjoy our stay. We were thrilled with the amount of space that accommodated our party of seven very well! We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to make a nice family meal to celebrate a birthday. One thing that would possibly be helpful for future guests would be to label the light switches with a printable label maker. There are a lot of rooms/light switches and having them labeled would take away some of the time spent guessing and flipping switches. Thank you for your hospitality! We made so many great memories in Roswell! (Oh, and everyone really enjoyed the hot tub!)

This place was perfect for our family. The large size allowed our entire family to stay together during the difficult time of losing our Mother. Thank you so much Brenda for making us feel welcome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brynn’s place!The house felt like a lovely oasis in the bright, beautiful desert. If you’re in Roswell, we definitely recommend a stay.

Nice huge space for a big family. Host is wonderful.

My friends and I were extremely comfortable staying at this place. Everyone got their own bedroom for their own private space. But we didn’t mind sharing the kitchen and the living room. The description said there was a dishwasher however there was not one. But we didn’t mind doing dishes by hand. The neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood and I felt extremely comfortable walking around to get a little bit of exercise. Having the washer and dryer was extremely important to us because we were out hiking and getting dirty and sweaty so we were able to wash our clothes in the evening. We spent a lot of time on the back patio having our supper and just relaxing. It was a great location and we would definitely come back to this place.
