Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hairdryers. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night.
