You will find cafés and shops in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. The nearest bus stop in the direction of Aachen is 20 metres away. Buses to the CHIO can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The building houses a wine shop and an exclusive wine bar with bistro cuisine, which is open from Thursdays to Saturdays starting at 7:00 p.m. There is an electric car charging station in front of the building.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night.
