Vacation rentals in Rotorua District

Our family spent wonderful 3 nights at Jessie’s place. She’s quite communicative and responsive while we didn’t find the right place due to very late and dark evening. The house is warm and quiet for relaxing and easy to get to everywhere. Highly recommended.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Shearer’s Retreat. La maison est certes ancienne mais elle est pleine de charme et particulièrement bien équipée. Située au milieu d’une ferme familiale, c’est un vrai havre de paix. Notre fils de 2 ans a adoré nourrir les animaux et jouer dans la cour mais il a également beaucoup apprécié le salon avec les jouets mis à disposition. Vous trouverez tous les ustensiles et tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine et la buanderie. Le lit de la chambre principale (seule que nous ayons utilisé) est très confortable et d’autres couvertures sont disponibles si besoin. Celia et John sont de supers hôtes qui s’assurent que vous ne manquez de rien et restent joignables si besoin. Merci encore pour ce séjour très reposant et à bientôt!

Can’t say anything bad about this house. It’s was the best place we had stayed in while visiting nz from Australia. My son booked his own place and when he visited us he was so disappointed in what he got and they paid more than our place. Believe what you read about the description on this home.

Paul's haven is a quiet and quaint little cottage. One is welcomed by the local bunny and kitty both of whom were big hits with my preschooler. The house is a cozy 20's style with a homely feel. The home is clean and generously appointed and the master bedroom has a beautiful mural! We slept well and just lived spending time there and enjoyed a couple of slow mornings. Paul graciously allowed us early check-in and late check-out which were greatly appreciated. Many thanks

We had a wonderful family getaway at Gail’s Bach! Unfortunately the Easter weekend weather did not cooperate and stormed most of our stay, but the design of the space meant we were able to enjoy quality time indoors without feeling too on top of each other. And we spent many hours playing games and completing a puzzle provided in the home! The dining space really makes the home complete, able to seat us all comfortably and with a gorgeous lake view. Super thankful to also have our jetski tied to the jetty spot below the house. The boat ramp is super close in the bay and easy to use which was lovely - for the brief periods of fine weather we could take it out! Great memories made, thank you so much.

Steve and Etty were great hosts. I haven't had much interaction with them thru message since their instructions were spot on. I did not have any trouble at all with the check in/out, parking and house rules. The place was tidy with ample amount of cookware, utensils and toiletries. I had a chance to interact with Etty before we left, she was so nice. Highly recommended.
