The house is located on the outskirts of Repanidi village, in the northern-eastern part of the island and it is placed on a hill, away from all other residencies, promoting remoteness and serenity. The barn was originally made in 1910 and was turned into this house in 2016. There is a second living room, which serves as a watch-point, on the upper floor.
