Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Routt County

Staying at Audra’s place was really lovely for a night in between steamboat days. Not too far from the resort without paying too much was really nice. Audra was communicative and we knew what to do to get there get in and get out. Lovely cosy place that fits way more people than you’d think. Great kitchen, great bathrooms, furniture was clean. Smelled clean as well.

This is a fantastic stay close to downtown Steamboat. House is exactly like the pictures and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Max’s place was a wonderful quirky find! Our dogs really enjoyed the fenced yard and the house had everything we needed. It’s a quick drive to steamboat but unless you’re going to the hot springs or the mountain, there really isn’t a need to leave the town. The food at the walkable local restaurants was really good, the grocery store convenient, and trails for walking the dogs lovely!

House was great just as listed. Ani was very responsive and we had a lovely white Christmas. Would definitely stay again when visiting Steamboat Springs.

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

This is a very nice place with epic views of the mountain. The sauna is great and we enjoyed it, but it is shared with the other unit. The walk to the slopes is less than 10 minutes, but it is a hilly walk that might be a problem for some people. You can always get a shuttle instead of walking.

Yves and Megan were wonderful hosts, welcoming and going the extra mile when it came to my grocery delivery mix up to make sure I had what I needed given my late arrival. The house is a home which is apparent from the thoughtful touches throughout, fun family photos, heirloom linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is exceptional as it is one of the few available rentals in old town, walkable to shops and restaurants downtown and immediately accessible to the local trail system. The neighbors are friendly and most had dogs which our lab Scout thoroughly enjoyed on her daily walks on Butcher Knife and Spring Creek trails.

It was nice and the amenities were nice. This is a hotel/resort property. The Airbnb listing was just for booking. The hotel/resort was managing the experience from check-in to check-out. There were terms and conditions of the hotel/resort in addition to the airbnb terms and conditions. There was an additional credit card deposit upon arrival. The wi-fi was an additional charge as well. This resort does not allow pets. It’s service animals only.

My family and I had a great stay here. Salil was extremely communicative, kind, and helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with real cook ware and seasonings, the condo was bigger than expected, and the location close to the gondola was great for skiing. Salil also provided a very helpful guide with all the information needed on the airbnb as well as recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely return here!

Great place only about 35 minutes from Steamboat. The host was very responsive. Clean space and cute cabin!

I enjoyed my stay here more than I expected. Hotel with apartment suites is ideal. Love that it’s dog friendly. Full sized refrigerator. HBO available. Very close to town via car. Would stay at any of these properties again.

The place was great and met our expectations the only thing missing was dish soap and kitchen cleaning supplies.

More than anything the location and Martin’s quick response and follow up was top notch. Not a problem for us - but good to note - unit is on a quiet 3rd floor, but no elevator.

This was a great location for our family to do a weekend ski trip! The house was comfortable and easily fit all of us (we had 7 adults and 3 children) and it was comfortable and cozy. It was a beautiful location, and for us this wasn't a problem because we had a big truck, but in the winter it is a slippery and narrow driveway to get up to the house. It also is a bit farther from the resort than we would've liked, but there is a bus stop nearby. We didn't use the bus stop, however, because we were with little kids and it would've required us to walk down a slippery hill in our ski boots, but there is a nearby free bus stop if you would rather do that. Steamboat is known for its free parking and free shuttles to the resort, so I would look up those before going.

Spacious yet, cozy. Beautiful view of Steamboat and surrounding mountains. The living room was perfect for a large family and the fireplace was fantastic.

Tom was the best host I have ever experienced with Airbnb. He was accommodating above and beyond and so, very kind. Every question was answered quickly and with thoughtfulness. The home was beautiful and it was obvious that a lot of time and care has gone into creating a cozy, beautiful, well appointed home. We could have not asked for anything more. We loved this place for our family ski trip. The living room and kitchen are bigger than the pictures seem so we had plenty of space. Super clean and comfortable and the layout made it perfect for everyone to have a little privacy. We loved being able to easily walk to everything in town and getting to the mountain was an easy bus ride. The hosts are great and provided some nice extras to make our dog comfortable as well. Would definitely stay again!

The entire Granary development is really cool & special. We stayed in one of the 4 guest rooms, which has been creatively done with cool welding work & historic pieces. There’s a great coffee shop as part of the old Granary next door & a cool food truck on the other side. All owned/run by awesome local people. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, peaceful spot for a getaway. The cabin is comfortable and cozy, checks all the boxes for a home away from home. Jenny is very friendly and quick to respond to messages and needs.

Best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at, my group had a great time. Love the big kitchen for cooking dinners and the wood fireplace in the living room. Hopefully we’ll be back

Nice place! The attached garage is a big bonus during ski season. Great location for walking around downtown and along the Yampa River. Easy walk to two great restaurants: Laundry and Primrose.
