A beautiful and special stone house made with care a lot of love entirely from the foundation with natural materials such as stone and wood. It is located in a green area outside the village of Nerotrivia with unlimited and unobstructed views of the Evian Gulf and Mount Kantilio ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility. Also in the same farm we created two more stone houses with a pool and unlimited view of the sea of the same philosophy which are separated with a stone mural for absolute privacy.

An excellent apartment on the 2nd floor of a newly built building, just 20 metres from the sea, with a panoramic view. Suitable for up to 5 people. It consists of two rooms, one there is a single and a double bed and the other a kitchenette and a double bed. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, as it is fully equipped with screens and electric stoves. There is an air conditioner in one room and a floor fan in the other room.
