Vacation rentals with a firepit in Ruiru

Marine was friendly, responsive and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night but still had no problem with her instructions or getting into the house. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and the garden was stunningly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there for families and groups who want to be that side of town.

It's a very lovely and green and quiet home in Karen - the place instantly makes you feel at peace. Enjoy being in nature but still close to Karen places. I have been there twice now and would definitely visit again!

We traveled to Nairobi for 2 weeks to be close to our son's family, who live nearby. Specioza's place was as described, very secluded and private, with beautiful grounds, and all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Specioza and Peter (the groundskeeper) were very responsive, and flexible with our booking. However, guests should be aware that you absolutely need to have your own vehicle to access this property, and in rainy weather, you would need AWD. We typically get around via Uber, and often order grocery and restaurant deliveries, but none of these options were available to us, due to the long dirt road leading to the remote property. Fortunately, we were able to borrow an AWD vehicle from our son, which made our stay workable and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property if you like a very quiet and secluded setting, and have your own vehicle. We would definitely consider this property again for future visits.

The highlight of my stay was Geneva's staff. They were helpful and friendly. I felt right at home. I also appreciated how clean the place was. Would love to come again.

Extremely clean and cozy place, surrounded by nice places to eat out and shopping malls. The place is a haven, with extra spaces for chilling or working. She has put thought on the decor and the garden is well taken care of, making it a memorable place. Jacque is extremely kind and very communicative. I will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect place for a family Christmas, with not just relatives, but visiting Turkeys, Chickens, Dogs and even a giant tortoise. The Compound itself is stunning with some wonderful big old tree’s. Ann was a wonderful welcoming and helpful Housekeeper.

Joyce is a very pleasant and responsible host, we enjoyed staying at her place. The staff is well trained and ready to help any time. We found the house very clean and tidy, location is convenient and easy to find. Village Market and Two Rivers malls are a few minutes driving. We would highly recommend Joyce’s place!

We loved our stay at five acres. Marvin responds very fast and correct. He is flexible and friendly. The house is exactly as described in the ad. It has a lush green garden and is located in a safe enviroment. Would def come again.

Located on the 13th floor, it offers breathtaking views of the Nairobi skyline and the serene Kileleshwa surroundings, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of this stay was the fantastic amenities. The building has a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool, both accessible to guests—an excellent addition for those who love to stay active or simply enjoy a refreshing dip. Mr. Tom is an outstanding host—responsive, professional, and always timely in communication, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sharon’s place! From the very beginning, Sharon was an exceptional host—always responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring about my comfort throughout the stay. The residence exceeded all my expectations. It’s perfectly located, not far from a mall, yet in a peaceful and secure area. The unit itself is pristine, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy, with a stunning view. What truly made the experience even more special were the on-site amenities—the swimming pool and gym were the cherry on top. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet – wirklich top Service. Besonders cool war die Rooftopbar auf dem Dach: ein wunderschöner Ausblick über die Stadt, leckeres Essen und tolle Getränke. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder!

What a wonderful space, and what a wonderful stay! Guyo is warm, welcoming, highly responsive and so so helpful as a guide to both Karen and to Kenya as a whole. It's a bit far from the city center if you plan to be there every day, but it is great as a base if you want to explore Kenya or the surrounding areas of Nairobi more broadly, and the cleaning/water/laundry/security amenities are reliable and good. The building itself is surrounded by birds, ivy-covered, and in one of the only walkable areas of Nairobi that I know of; many of the other guests I encountered chose to extend their stays upon arrival. I feel lucky to have found this spot. A comfortable, sunny resting place in a peaceful area of an otherwise somewhat chaotic city. Thank you for a great few months!

The cabins are very modern and stylishly furnished. The location amidst the tea fields is beautiful and offers a perfect escape from city life. Communication was very easy, and inquiries were answered promptly. The only drawback for us was the very limited equipment in the kitchen. Aside from a kettle and a microwave, there's no way to prepare a hot lunch/dinner or breakfast. A sink would also have been welcome. However, there are restaurants nearby that offer delivery services. The on-site supervisor was very helpful with making the arrangements.

Linah is a wonderful host, very kind and friendly and she was very responsive both before and during my stay. This A-frame unit is gorgeous, a beautiful place with a special design and atmosphere. It is surrounded by trees and greenery and you can relax and listen to the birds around.

We had a lovey overnight stay at the Tea Pods. The location could not have been better for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. We loved walking in the tea fields in the afternoon and the next morning. The space is new and tastefully furnished. The mini-fridge and microwave were all we needed for our meals. The nice, hot shower was amazing! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Ol Losowan proved to be a very peaceful place to spend our final few days in Kenya before flying back to the U. K. Within walking distance of the Giraffe Centre, we took in that experience and then cooled off in the beautiful saline pool and read beneath the trees and umbrellas. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for restful nights, and we made the most of the kitchen and bbq facilities to prepare most of our meals on site to the sound of the tree hyraxes and bush babies. Thank you for hosting us Julie and your team. Our only disappointment was that we never got to meet you in person!
