Newly renovated, beautiful apartment close to Odense (17 km). The apartment is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to large recreational area with swimming lake. Shopping opportunities approx. 4 km and public transport approx. 2 km. The property is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with a private entrance. The kitchen/family room is well-equipped and has a dining area and sofa. Bathroom with shower. In the bedroom is also a desk. Bring your own bed linen (160 cm) and towels (bed linen and towels can be rented upon agreement)

In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

The home is an apartment in a high basement with windows above ground. The apartment's living room and bedroom are especially bright spaces. Living room and bedroom are in open connection. Kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in November 2018. In the apartment is a storage room that we use ourselves. We dont come, while you are there. We make sure that the apartment is clean, and in Corona times, all contact points are sprayed. We also have at least 33 hours between visits.
