Not only do you receive a great place to stay at Joan's place, Joan is a generous, gracious, hospitable host who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. I ran a little late in my arrival and she was so thoughtful she had a salad and something to drink for me. The property is located close to the freeways and I was fairly active during my stay so it was very convenient to get to my intended destination. The property is very close to stores and restaurants which makes it nice, you can even walk to most. My stay was delightful and I would recommend Joan's place. It was a great experience.

My stay at Joan's beautiful and clean condominium was beyond superb! Joan was extremely gracious, attentive to my needs and generous with meals and snacks. My bedroom was perfectly comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed my conversations with Joan and her warm and caring personality. She really wanted me to feel comfortable and welcome in her home. The complex is well maintained and the two pools (one is heated) are very inviting. There were many places to eat and shop right around the corner. Very close to I-10.

I had a wonderful stay with Joan through Air BnB. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was with a close relative. I'm not sure how it happened, perhaps it was Joan's hot tea or her pleasant stories but I felt instantly at home. While there for my short stay, Joan was always making sure that I was comfortable and if I needed anything such as places to go or suggestions for things to do. There were plenty of places to eat or drink within walking distance and during the day I was contempt with lounging/reading by either of the two pools in the complex. I look forward to my next business trip to Arizona and will certainly check in to see if Joan has an available room.

Ofelia's house is amazing! The photos do not justified how nice her house is. Her service is top notch, the bed is by far the most comfortable bed among all the Airbnb I stayed, and the restroom is super nice and clean.

Amelia and her husband Magnus were amazing. My flight came in way past check-in time and they were completely happy to accommodate. They were flexible with times due to my flight being delayed. Communication was great! I knew exactly what to expect and I felt very welcomed in their home. The bed was firm but comfy. The area is quiet and not far from shopping and restaurants. I would happily stay again!

From the beginning until the end, communication was excellent. Magnus and Amelia were very friendly and made every effort to accommodate me even when I was a bit of inconvenience due to an earlier than anticipated arrival. However, please don't take advantage of their kindness. That would be rude. In all seriousness, this was an incredibly pleasant experience in a very clean and elegant abode. Look no further, this is where you want to stay! Also, JD the dog is a sweetheart and I wish I'd got to know him better.

Steve's pool is a great attraction. The equestrian trails make for a quiet and lovely place to walk too. Steve also provides water and cokes and a guest only fridge. I thought it was pretty cool

The house and surrounding area is beautiful! This was our (my husband and I) first time renting a private room and we truly couldn't have asked for a better host. Steve was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful when asked about restaurants and nightlife as well as "must-sees" along our travels to the Grand Canyon. His home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean and provided exactly what we needed during our short stay in Phoenix. We were very happy in our decision to stay here.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. I felt at home there right from the beginning. The description is 100% accurate - it is a resort style facility. Kids friendly but quiet. Loved the pool and the hot tub. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Ahwatukee is a great neighborhood. Big plus that Pomegranate Cafe and Trader Joe's are in walking distance! I look forward to coming back.

The place looked just like the pictures. There was a note stating enjoy this bottle of wine. But no wine was there. Other than that everything was great.

Heidi and Troy's home was a perfect place for my sister and I to stay while we took a two-week yoga teacher training in the area. We enjoyed the safe location and gorgeous backyard oasis!

If you enjoy the B&B experience, you will enjoy Heidi and Troy's place. Pleasant backyard for relaxing, birdwatching and eating breakfast, and the suite was very comfortable. Very welcoming to dog owners. Guest should probably enjoy dogs; they have 3.

Heidi and Troy have a lovely home in a quiet upscale Ahwatukee neighborhood. They are eager to accommodate to guests' needs and desires. At check-in, I had a welcoming text from Heidi with offers of fun and restaurant recommendations. The home was filled with warm seasons decorations and snacks. Much better stay than a hotel. I am super pleased with this airbnb. Definitely 5 star rating!!

We golfed and they supplied his and hers clubs. Heidi got up early on our departure day to cook us an excellent breakfast. They take wonderful care of their guests. They will leave you totally alone if that's what you want.

Despite an issue with the first night of the stay where I was unable to check in due to lack of communication I would still highly recommend this property. The home was quiet, clean and we'll equipped. The property itself had two surprisingly well equipped gyms and there was a great run around a nearby lake. It is also conviently located near several restraints, stores, groceries and the proximity to the freeway made it convenient even for my training site across Phoenix.

Thanks for the hospitality Drew. Over all our stay was great. Minor issues were resolved eventually. But, we will definetely keep an eye out for your place in the future and would recommend your spot.

Great location Safeway - Walgreens - circle K with in walking distance I think it took is 10 minutes to walk. Just off the I10 so hitting the freeway was easy. Quiet location - great pool (not heated but when's it's 35 above who needs a heated pool. ). Also a hertz rental car with in walking distance if you need to rent a car for a few days. At the hottest time of the day there was shade in the back yard but didn't cover the pool entirely so we enjoyed the pool from sun up to sun down. House was a perfect size for my family of 4 ( 2 teenage kids) and with my parents visiting for supper and to watch the hockey game! Lots of space! Our hosts were very nice and easy to reach. We will return to the house again.

A few bumps in the road at the beggining and during stay...But Jackie was always quick to respond and correct. House is as shown in pictures on the inside. Big, very confortable master bedroom and second bedroom. Very nice onsuite. Bedroom in the front could use curtains or blinds. Kitchen missing some essentiels: toaster (which I bought so there is one now :), cutting board, salt, pepper, bottle opener, etc...Location is awesome but I would recommend renting a car. Neighborhood is safe and very quiet. If Jackie adresses the minor problems that we spoke about during a telephone conversation that we had (and she assured me that she would) then I would recommend staying at her home. Great time with 2 adults and 3 teens. Pool was perfect and neighborhood was nice. Everything we needed was nearby. 20-40 min drive to Goodyear ballpark, Camelback Ranch, and Peoria sports complex. Great spot for anyone here for baseball! Better than the Team hotel!

This is a great place to go ! Close to the south Mountain Park in Phoenix and close to the highway! Clean, and Eileen had great hospitality !

Eileen was extremely accommodating when the pool was being drained. She gave me a refund as this was a selling point for me and communicated well with me every step of the way!

Eileen was wonderful. My first experience on airb&b and she'll be a tough act to follow. Make sure to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails right out her back door!

Eileen's place was lovely and clean. We loved the homemade granola and freshly squeezed juice both mornings. We also thought the view of the mountains was spectacular and the access to the trail was only three houses walk away. It was a great first experience with Airbnb.

Eileen is the perfect hostess. She makes you feel so welcome. We became very fond of her in a short time and would stay with her again when we return to the area. This property is a SUPER VALUE. It is in a quiet, great neighborhood and is very close to the trail head near The Pointe at South Mountain. As you can see from the pictures her house is right against South Mountain Park providing easy access to the trails. We sat next to the pool one evening and watched the quail sand bathe and then bed down in a tree. The wild life it right there to enjoy. Her home is nicely decorate and extremely clean. It has everything anyone would want for a relaxing stay. I highly suggest booking this property.

This is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house literally backs up to south mountain. Beautiful sunset over the mountains from the backyard pool. And you're just a few houses away from hiking and mountain biking trails. A Safeway groceries store and your typical strip mall shops/restaurants are an easy 1 mile walk away through the residential neighborhood. Eileen was great!

I enjoyed my stay in the condo, it was clean, private, well furnished and well equipped. Self check-in/out was easy and the listing was accurate. It's close to a couple of freeways, many restaurants and local shopping. I would definitely stay again!

My wife and I usually choose airbnb when we travel now, and it is experiences like staying at Phil and Peggys that keep us coming back. The hosts: gracious and friendly people. We were on a tight schedule for a wedding, but these guys would have been fun tostay and have a drink with. The dogs: great pets, friendly, queit. Veterinarian approved. The place: bed was extremely and the amenities were the best we have experienced through airbnb. Private and queit. Overall: great stay. Definitely worth a few extra dollars for the comforts and hosts.

We were only able to stay for a few hours because we had so much we had to do in Phoenix. We got in early Wednesday morning (2 am), and the place was completely ready for us. It was a great little casita and offered an ideal amount of privacy. It was very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

I surprised my husband with a trip to Phoenix for some Spring Training fun! From first contact Phil and Peggy were so wonderful. They were very responsive and answered all of my crazy neurotic questions, which made planning our stay for the trip a pleasant experience. Upon arrival we were greeted with open arms and lots of goodies. It was so nice to chat with a well cultured couple that made us feel so welcome in their home. We had a great time staying here. Phil and Peggy were very welcoming and accommodating. Our dogs got along great and they had good suggestions of local places to eat (with and without our dog). We very much enjoyed their company while having drinks in the courtyard at night as well. The location is close to shopping, food, and recreation as the pool and tennis courts are only a few hundred yards away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Phil and Peggy have the art of hospitality mastered! Upon arriving through the antique gate into a colorful courtyard with the gentle sound of the fountain welcoming me, I knew I had chosen the right place to stay. But opening the door to the casita was pure magic! The casita is gorgeous. And sparkling clean. And luxuriously appointed in every way. I felt welcome, cared for and, as a woman travelling alone, safe! Though time didn't allow me to explore beyond the casita, a lovely public walkway along the community lake is literally just around the corner from the house. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and pharmacies are close by. But being at the casita I felt miles from everything. Though my stay was only 1 night, Phil and Peggy's casita provided the respite I needed during a long weekend of work in the Phoenix area. Thank you for sharing your lovely casita with me and the Air B&B family of travellers!

This was our first experience renting a house like this. Our host made us feel very welcome and was very helpful prior and accommodating prior to our arrival. The house was all that and then some and we found it to have everything we needed. We had one problem the first night which was taken care of right away. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Robert is a wonderful host, my family and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at his home! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was 3 bedroom with comfortable beds, great indoor space and beautiful backyard to relax,everything looks like new, high speed internet. The location was also great, right in the corner of street,it will take beautiful sunset view I personal love it. It's a quiet area around,quite convenient to ASU and shopping area, cvs,ikea,etc. At the beginning we just book 3days, and then extend 3days more,the price is much better than hotel and everyone feels like home just reluctant to leave. At the first day, we happened a little AC water leak, I texted Ashlie,they are concerned about us and coming very soon, resolved immediately . Robert even give us a great special offer for our extension stays which was more than our expectations.We had a great time.I recommend Robert's home to anyone wanting a comfortable space with great amenities for Tempe visit. I would definitely stay at his home again. Thanks for everything Robert and Ashlie.

Joe was a fabulous host. He replied quickly (within minutes) to every text/call. He met us at the place, he was extremely responsive to things that needed to be addressed. The place was as pictured. The pool was nice, the location is wonderful for anything happening at the Grand Resort & Spa. I paid a portion of what I would have paid to stay at the resort & got a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place. Great spot for anything you're doing at that resort. The only thing I would request in a future stay is a more thorough cleaning. It wasn't crazy dirty, but it wasn't crazy clean. That said, I'm nearly OCD with my cleanliness & most people would probably have been fine with it. Thanks Joe for being a great host & easy & nice person to work with.

Joe's space was clean, spacious, quiet, and perfectly located for my trip to Phoenix, Az. The area felt very safe and restaurants, grocery stores and more were just a 10 minute walk away. The space itself offered a great open living room and kitchen on the ground floor, outfitted with utensils, cups, coffee maker, etc. Upstairs had two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a full bath, containing basic toiletries. Joe was very easy to get in contact with and helped me with anything I had questions about. My visit was based around the Arizona grand resort which was conveniently down the road and I would recommend this space to anyone who has business at the resort but wants to save a couple hundred dollars during their visit. Haha thank you Joe!

This place was nothing short of a disappointment. We waited over 20 minutes in the sweltering heat to be sent the access code, this was in addition to us arriving an hour after the defined check-in time of 3pm. We tried calling and texting the host multiple times to retrieve the information. To add further disappointment, we opened the door to this home and instantly felt as if we were in a smoking lounge at the casino. The lingering smell of smoke filled the entire space of the home. It was if someone just smoked an entire pack of cigarettes shortly before our arrival. It's amazing that anyone would find this suitable to airbnb. Unfortunately, the pics did not allude to an accurate description of a home. In fact, to the contrary, the pictures portrayed a lovely space. This put a damper on our trip to Phoenix. We were left scrambling for alternative plans. To add insult to injury, the picture of the pool is not an actual community pool. This is a neighboring pool to a high-end resort. I asked for clarification from the host if the pool he was marketing, included inclusion into the resort but no. He simply said his photographer might have included the picture without him being aware. If this does not persuade you to airbnb here, continue at your own risk. You've been warned.

This house was great! I rated it a 4 out of 5 only because we were grilling and the propane went out, so we had to go fill the propane tank. This was the first time we rented a house for the weekend and we all loved it! The host is very helpful if you need something. Great location as well. What you see is what you get, photos are exactly what is there.

If you like waking up to beautiful views, not fighting over the pool with strangers, and great hosts, you've found the right spot. Just wrapped up a 3 day vacation and it was hard to leave after staying in the private cottage. It has everything you need from washer and dryer to wifi when you're by the pool. There's not a bad thing about this place and we will definitely be coming back here.

This was are first airbnb loging and was a positive experience. The house and area we stayed was lovely and quite but the room we stayed in was on the small side and needed a better chair to relax and read.

I LOVED the view here at Eric & Emilie's place! Quiet and beautiful. The location was perfect for my business events that were taking place in Chandler. I was looking for an iron and a full length mirror in the studio apartment and when it wasn't found Emily was happy to bring it over to me immediately. I probably should have read closer or looked at the pictures closer when booking, I didn't realize the bed was a Murphy bed, so it was not that comfortable for me personally. With that being said I would still stay here again!!
