Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house. The house consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with even dishwasher and espresso machine )

However, if desired, we serve breakfast for you in the room or in one of the cozy en-suite dining rooms on the ground floor. We'll settle this on the spot. Per breakfast pp €15,- GARDEN Our guests are allowed to use our large garden.

The studio,with private entrance,is a part of the houseboat along with another studio and our own living area It offers a quiet peaceful retreat from the rush of the city and is an an ideal place to stay whether your visit is for business or for pleasure.

Centre and parc are a 5 to 10 minutes walk. It's also nearby the so called "Modekwartier". We have a nice 120 years old home which is big enough to welcome some guests. We allready had several guests from the UK who came to visit the Airborne Memorial places. Mind this; we are all vaccinated, we ask yoy the same and if not possible due to your condition, we ask for a negative testresult.

The loft is located in a quiet area in the city center of Arnhem. It is a 20-minute walk from the central train station, a 10-minute walk from the city park Sonsbeek, and a 15-minute walk from Arnhem’s shopping center. Parking is free 24/7, which is a rare luxury! However, if you arrive late in the afternoon, you might need a bit of luck (or patience) to find an available spot.
