Mickeys place is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere she has created in the flat is lovely and so welcoming. Mickey herself was also very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast she provides was a really lovely addition. The location is fab, and my friend managed to find free parking nearby, while I came by train and it is an easy walk to the flat. The only downside, which Mickey made very clear before we arrived, and is the case for everywhere in Arundel, is that it is not hugely easy with a pushchair!! But well worth the effort!!

The host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. The location is incredible. It is literally across the street from the Castle and steps to Restaurants and shopping! The kitchen is well stocked with basics. I would stay anytime! Loved it!

The flat was perfect. Could not have been more central - was literally above the high street and 2 minutes from Arundel Castle! Lovely comfy bed, big shower, great tv... Mickey was very welcoming and went above and beyond what she had to do leaving me a birthday cake and card in the flat.

This spot is an absolute Gem. The host is lovely, location is amazing and the owner has furnished the place beautifully. Plus the bed is like sleeping in a bed of clouds. Definately somewhere I would advise people to stay when going to arundel.

Very good location everything was within easy walking distance. It's actually at the back of the building so the way in is a little strange but quaint. No parking but we found some free parking very close by opposite the back entrance to the castle at the top of the high street. The flat is well laid out, nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice little view from the livingroom/kitchen. Pleasant patio area although it could do with an extra chair for al fresco dining but I am sure it would have been provided if we had asked.

The hosts made us feel very welcome and were quick to point out the good places to go nearby. The location is great and right in the centre of Arundel! Which meant getting around was really easy. The room is a really good size and attention to detail is great - water and glasses in bedroom, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was offered and laid out in the morning. Good value for money and exactly what we were looking for!! Would definitely recommend.

I only have good things to say about this experience. Travelling from the North of England, my arrival in Arundel on the day was subject to a lot of change. The hosts were more than accommodating to this, with Matt warmly greeting me late in the evening. Having given me a short tour of the lovely accommodation, I was then shown to my room - clean and hospitable. The amenities in-house were/are excellent, with neither the bathroom, bedroom or kitchen leaving anything to be desired. Though I didn't make use of it, the hosts offered an array of breakfast options, leaving handy guides to working the kitchen appliances. As a central location in Arundel (which is itself a beautiful location) with a homely feel and friendly hosts, I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough! Thank you Samantha and Matt!

I have been staying regularly at Kelly's as part of my contract work in the area. Kelly has been great in dealing with my flexible work calendar on bookings and the house / room is always clean, tidy and welcoming. If you add to this being greeted by Larry (Kelly's enthusiastic hound) and her cat (who loves chicken) it makes staying away from home a pleasure rather than a chore. Thanks Kelly.

Kelly was a very good host. A no frills accommodation but a comfy bed and lovely quiet room. The house is very close to the river and an easy walk to town and central Arundel. The cat and dog were very sweet and no trouble. There is parking space if needed. I had a good stay with access to the kitchen to store food and prepare meals.

My second stay. As excellent as I remember it. Explored Arundel this time and discovered a fabulous little town a short walk away!

The room is quiet and at the same time in easy walking distance to all shops, Pubs and restaurants in Arundel as well as the famous castle. And Kelly is one of the most friendly hosts we met. Staying at her home was really a pleasure.

Camilla and Will were the perfect hosts from the moment we enquired about staying at their cottage. Friendly and helpful via communication before our stay and a lovely set of instructions for us during our stay. The cottage was perfect for a girls' weekend away - myself and five others stayed and felt at home straight away. The location is perfect for wandering around Arundel. The only (small) issue we had was finding somewhere to park - but it's not impossible!

They have a beautiful light home with access to their living/dining room and kitchen which was great for preparing food and bottles for our 1 year old son. We were right next to the bathroom which was spotless and perfect for bath time. We loved the bedroom and felt very comfortable in the bed. We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Littlehampton area.

We had a fantastic place! Sue and Tristan are wonderful hosts! We are a family of 4 and my 2 boys had a fantastic time playing football with Tristan! The place is very well located, walking distance from all the restaurants and high street but away so it was quiet at night. The room was really spacious for all of us 4. The garden room is located at the rear of the house with direct access through the kitchen. It is of super quality and Sue obviously has thought carefully about extras that make the stay extremely relaxing and comfortable. The generous breakfast and plethora of cereals, teas, coffees etc were exactly what we would have chosen. We had a lovely lovely time with so much to do in the local area and being just a 10min stroll, if that, into the main area with any number of restaurants, cafes or pubs.

Fantastic summerhouse! My girlfriend and I stayed here mid February and we were both a bit concerned that it would be too cold. Was not a problem at all. Had three radiators and plenty of blankets. Really close to the town and Gary has plenty of knowledge about the local area. I wish we stayed longer.

This wonderfully cosy riverside retreat provided the perfect refuge when we arrived on a day of torrential rain. A lovely warm welcome from Sian and thanks so much for the flexibility in allowing us to arrive earlier than planned. Bread, butter & jam was a nice surprise extra which meant a scenic breakfast picnic watching the swans on the river. Could have happily stayed much longer but Wickham Festival beckoned...

The summer house is beautiful, cozy, quiet and in a great location, right on the banks of the river Arun. It's conveniently located for the station (although along a very busy main road), and a nice 10 minute walk into town. We found it comfortable, and great to sit next to the river with a cup of tea. Gary was very welcoming and helpful, and Arundel is a lovely place to visit - we'll be back!

This is a great location in Arundel in the middle of the village accessible to everything and includes a parking spot! We stayed with our two young daughters, the house is great, bigger than it appears in pictures, well appointed and well kept. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We would highly recommend staying at Rebecca and Alex's beautiful home. They were very flexible and accommodating hosts. Communication beforehand was excellent and the whole process was straightforward and entirely stress-free. Rebecca and Alex made us feel really welcome. They were friendly - offered us tea on arrival and breakfast on Sunday - and struck a good balance of being very helpful without being intrusive. A beautiful house and fantastic hosts. It was my first trip to the UK and the first time I stayed with Airbnb and I would highly recommend staying at Rebecca and Alex's beautiful house in Arundel. They were very flexible and super friendly. Communication beforehand was excellent and the whole process was stress-free. Rebecca and Alex made me feel really welcome, offered me tea & coffee on arrival and breakfast on Sunday. The room is lovely with an extremely comfortable double bed! It was great to have a separate bathroom near to the bedroom. The house is in a lovely location, just a 10 minutes walk from the station and a couple of minutes walk from the high street, cathedral and castle. As I took the train on Sunday evening it was possible to leave my luggage at their house and pick it up later.

Relaxed and friendly hosts who prepared a very welcome toast and cereal breakfast for me. Great room with double bed. Separate bathroom near to bedroom. Only niggle was that I was expecting a shower rather than a bath, but then it doesn't claim to have a shower. Location is excellent. A few minutes walk from centre of town or castle.

Excellent stay and made really welcome

Lisa cottage is perfect for a trip to Arundel and the surrounding attractions of which there are a surprising amount. Its close enough to all the bars and lovely restaurants that start just a short stroll along Tarrant Street yet quite enough to not be disturbed by any outside noise or activity. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a perfect break, right down to a TV in pretty much EVERY room :-) The cottage is very clean cosy and welcoming and whilst the stairs are step my 80+ year old parents had no trouble negotiating these. the garden is wonderful with lots of greenery and a seating area that catches the sunshine in the morning and is perfect for alfresco breakfast. I cant recommend this cottage enough as a comfortable easily accessible base to stay and from which to explore. Lisa was a great host and her communication was friendly, quick and accurate. I would give the whole experience Five Stars *****

Pictures don't do this place justice, it's gorgeous through and through, quiet, secluded but a short walk from all the amenities you may need (and 6 pubs or more) Millennium dragon do the best honey crispy chicken you'll ever have, we highly recommend it! The Dutch hot tub is a novel experience, and the master bedroom is gorgeous! Bathroom is stunning the shower in particular is beautiful! We just had a fantastic stay thank you so much! Really recommend heading down to Arundel and stay in here, you won't find better value anywhere near!

The house is beautifully appointed (it put me in mind of a luxury boutique hotel) with lots of interesting old features. Perfect for a couple or small family. It's situated a pleasant, short stroll away from the town centre and castle. Check in was easy and Lisa was friendly and helpful.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Lisa's lovely cottage. The photos almost don't do it justice as it is even nicer in person! We stayed in the master bedroom and found the bed to be very comfortable and the shower is possibly one of the best showers I have ever used! The Molton Brown products throughout the house are also a very nice touch, adding to the luxury feel of the stay. We also contacted Andrew who manages the place for Lisa, who was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return.

Karin was an exceptionally welcoming host during our two night stay in Arundel. We had a very comfortable room, a delicious breakfast, and as an added bonus, we got to enjoy some sun in the beautiful garden. We would not hesitate to stay at Karin's again or recommend her to our friends.

Karin's place is wonderful. She was a fantastic host, the room was just as advertised, clean and provisioned for tea and water. She is quite the artist and her work is displayed throughout. The breakfast was nicely presented and complete. The location is ideal for walking to either the castle or downtown. Parking may be difficult but we found a spot on the adjacent street.

Karin was unbelievably welcoming and friendly. I stayed in her spare bedroom and had my own bathroom to use. I was in the area for a wedding so was not around in the evening (although I did meet her grandson and 3 friendly cats when I dropped off my bags). In the morning Karin made me an unbelievable breakfast including homegrown delicious strawberries and a smoked salmon/mozzarella bagel. WOW! She then drove me back to my car which I had left at the wedding reception. Over and above the call of duty. Thank you so much, I would recommend anyone in (or not in) the area stay here!

Hardy Cottage is a fabulous place to stay for exploring Arundel & surroundindimg area. It is full of charm, well equipped & beautifully furnished / decorated. It is also very quiet / peaceful but only a short walk from the centre of town / Arundel Castle. Lucy is a great host and went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one - highly recommended!

Lorraine's place is perfect! A super comfortable and attractive house with a lovely garden space, and Lorraine shares it very generously and warmly with her guests. Excellent communication right through the process. The house is well situated in lovely Arundel; quiet, and a pleasant short walk into the town's centre and the Castle. The Castle gardens are an unrecognised National Treasure in my view; the Bannermans' design and the sensational planting there make it one of the most outstanding gardens in the UK.

Lorraine was fantastic to communicate with throughout the process of arrival and even whilst there. Her directions are spot on and guided me straight to the property. I felt very welcomed immediately and she offered many suggestions on places to eat, to visit and just getting around town. The house is a very well maintained, very modern and decorated to feel cosy and comfortable. The location couldn't be more central to visiting the town; it's walking distance to the castle, the cathedral and the town centre. This is a must book property if you need to be in Arundel!

I stayed in Joanna's home for two nights. Joanna is a warm and friendly person and was very welcoming. Her place is very thoughtfully decorated and looks lovely. Its a great place to stay if you want a quiet break in artistic Arundel.

Our stay with Jo was perfect! The house is beautiful and was in a really good location for us, easy walk into Arundel and also only a 15 minute drive to Slindon where we were attending a course. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and impeccably clean and we had a whole floor to ourselves! Amazing was also being able to use the garden and hanging out with her adorable puppy Clover. Jo was very accommodating of us coming back from the course at all hours of the night and the communication was fantastic throughout. We could not have asked for a better stay.

The Garden Room is absolutely wonderful, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay over a weekend. No more than half an hour's walk from Arundel, the small cottage is in a very secluded and beautiful location and has been converted brilliantly to include everything you could need to thrive there: a great kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. The owners are great hosts and will leave you to your own devices to explore the area or just relax in the room. A brilliant place.

The garden room is adorable, and has everything you'll need. Lyndy was very accommodating, and allowed us to check out later than planned on our last day - this gave us a few extra hours to enjoy the place. We were sad to leave!

This is a really charming location in a beautiful part of the UK and Lyndy and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Nice decor, good quality linen and towels and really useful touches in the kitchen - eg oil and vinegar, seasoning, foil, paper towels etc. The things you really do need but always forget to pack. The welcome pack was also excellent and an added bonus - very high quality wine, cheese, biscuits, coffee, fruits etc.

The little extras - bread, milk, tea, biscuits etc were a lovely and unexpected bonus. We walked to The George at Burpham for dinner, highly recommended. Thank you Lyndy for a great stay.

We booked Lyndy's Garden Cottage last minute with with only a couple hours notice, and Lyndy was very gracious and accommodating given our short notice. It's a lovely place located just a few miles outside the village Wepham, in the midst of beautiful farms and rolling hills in picturesque West Sussex. It was meticulously clean, and also had a nice little kitchen that was unexpected. I highly recommend Lyndy's place to future travelers.

Frances was extremely helpful and accommodating, responding to messages swiftly, kindly hiding keys to enable us to turn up at the property very late, thoughtfully providing us with tea, fresh milk and biscuits and giving us local tips when needed. The Sail Loft itself is utterly charming and very comfortable (big bed, black-out blinds, power shower…) as well as incredibly peaceful despite its convenient central location. We were lulled to sleep each night with the soothing sound of the river outside - bliss! There is free parking 5 minutes walk away (and we never struggled to find a space despite it being a sunny weekend in August) along with everything you might need in the way of pubs, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Frances is very welcoming and the sail loft is exactly as listed. The car park is very convenient, we stayed in it for 2 nights/3 days and at £5 for 24 hours it doesn't cause any problem to your stay. The view is stunning from the outside seating area, it is a beautiful way to relax. Being in Arundel you have so many facilities on the doorstop there is no need to use the car unless you want to. Definately recommend

We had a great stay and the host was very helpful and communicative. The loft is spacious and the terrace has a great view over the castle and the town, perfect for breakfast on a sunny morning. Location is very close to the lido, Museum and Castle entrance and all the restaurants in the town centre.

Frances and her partner were very friendly & welcoming and at the same time, very discreet. Everything was exactly as stated and pictured on the website.

You're not going to better view or location in Arundel. Frances and Rod are great, it's a simple studio setup but right on the river - 2 mins walk from everything. We had a great stay.

The sail loft was perfect for us - it was right on the river and in the ideal location to easily access everything in Arundel. It was clean and and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting by the river in the sunshine. Arundel was beautiful - the walks, the castle, the town. We had some great food there - especially in the George at Burpham. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing weekend.
