The view is even better than the photos! 270 degree view that includes mountains and 180 degrees of ocean. The building is lovely and the pool and beach access perfect. The unit is very large and easily fit our group of 7. The complex is peaceful and private, as it is located next to an open space and on a quieter stretch of beach. there is a bike path at the main road that goes right into Paradise Village. Taxis and buses also seemed readily available. Not too many restaurants in close walking distance, but a longer stroll or a quick taxi ride will get you there. Parking for our car was very easy at the condo and the staff friendly. Overall, a truly great value right on the beautiful beach!

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet, the beach is perfect to go to rest, it is a very quiet with elderly environment recommend in a relaxed although the area of nightclubs is just 20 minutes no staff to help you to be able to get transportation. The best was the view you have from the department to the sea.

The sunsets are beautiful, and from the terrace of a flat in September, much better appreciated ... The furniture and equipment of the department meets the need for a holiday on the beach ... My wife would have liked that pans and beach towels were newer, but the reality is that you have the apartment we had a good ... The Penthouse is as shown in the photos and is super comfortable, plus spacious and with all facilities to feel at home. Air conditioning, furniture of the kitchen, bed linen and towels, the tub, the internet, everything you need is there. The deal with Bill & Lydia as well as Petty was attentive and accurate before booking, with the resolution of doubts, to the farewell. The place is very suitable for a family vacation, we went from grandfather, to adults, adolescents and a child. Very nice pools and common areas, and the beach. We felt like in a luxury hotel, but without the pressures of the times of the restaurants, however, we could go to the super comfortably to supply us, and if we wanted, we could eat in the snack at very affordable price, or eating out or dinner, the resort is very well located. Great location, excellent access to a nice area of the beach with very lively sea life, specially liked the sea turtles nesting near by and the nice sand. Nice pool and food service restaurants, condo was clean and very comfortable for us.

All very well, spent a very nice days, the department has everything you need, the view is excellent, pools and the beach in very good condition. All the time there surveillance pools, that gives tranquility and can come and go to the beach with confidence that your belongings are safe. The only detail is that I wish it worked the whirlpool of the department, has all the installation does not work. Overall very good experience, eager to return without doubt remain.

Amazing- the pictures don't do this place justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect. I was able to get around easily using cabs and it wasn't too much.. You must stay here!! Going to sleep while listening to the waves crash- no words!!

Michael has a beautiful home and the suite is fully stocked, it exceeded my expectations, excellent kitchen, furniture, etc. It's in a quiet neighborhood. He was very friendly and helpful, lending me his bicycle which was great. The location is better suited for a couple or someone looking for a quiet getaway as there isn't a lot to do close by. The beach is lined with 5 star resorts and the restaurants nearby are not for people on a budget.

Michael is an excellent host. Since I contact her response was immediate and oriento me a lot I explain everything about how to get. Upon my arrival Super timely and was very friendly as her mom. Michael's place is really nice in a really quiet area. It's not far from the beach or the mall. It had this form of comfort I had only ever felt at my grandma's home. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is The best in Nuevo Vallarta! Quiet large home with an upstairs apartment. Separate kitchen area, Spanish dish TV, close to the beach areas with all the high end hotels in view. Michale knows everything there is to know about the immediate and surrounding areas and if by chance he doesn't he will definitely get the information for you. The house is beautiful, cozy and externally clean. Michael was there to greet me upon arrival, showed me around and helped me better plan my week long stay and I know for a fact I couldn't have done it without him! The house is within walking distance to buses that can take you almost anywhere along 200 which is the main highway. If public transportation isn't your thing or you just want to explore in places buses don't usually go then Michael can help you get a rental car with better rates then those at the airport!If you're thinking about staying while you're reading this, think no longer and just book as this is the best airbnb I've ever had and I would without a question stay here again!!!

Super agusto the depa ... the only thing missing is pool but the beach is very close

We were very pleased to find exactly what we were looking for by value, location and helpful communications from the minute we booked. The beautiful unique home and lovely landscaped gardens are within walking distance of nice restaurants, bus routes and anywhere you want to visit... Gorgeous scenery,beautiful beaches,any type of entertainment ,tours, and shopping are all easily accessible. But, there was so much more, we did not expect, the privacy of the home or the kind welcome by Michael and Dorotea who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! We love cats and we simply enjoyed every minute we spent with the entire household We have made new lifelong friends and we are overjoyed to add them all to our extended family here in Mexico. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience .

El apartamento de Jorge es genial, uno de los mejores complejos de edificios de la zona, está a cinco minutos de la playa y a 10 minutos de los bares y restaurantes de los más grandes hoteles de Nuevo Vallarta como Hard Rock Hotel o RIU. También está a 10 minutos caminando de un casino, centro comercial y un hospital. El complejo de apartamentos está asegurado con puertas magnéticas y tiene cámaras de seguridad. Nunca en mi vida había visto una cocina tan bien equipada como ésta, tenía tupperware para llevar comida a la playa, cuchillos filosos, lo cual es siempre útil para preparar mariscos, tenía platos de plástico y una vajilla de cerámica hermosa. La casa está muy bien preparada para hacer comidas grandes y complicadas ahí mismo, o bien, para cocinar snacks y transportarlos a la playa. La televisión es grande y está bien ubicada en la sala, se disfruta de unas buenas películas, también tiene un DVD, que aunque no lo usamos nosotros, es funcional. La casa cuenta con una pequeña terracita o lounge exterior con sillas plásticas, es un excelente espacio para pasar un buen rato en familia o con amigos. También la alberca es muy buena, no es profunda, pero es inmensa, a pesar de que haya gente en ella, sigue habiendo espacio para todos, no es incómodo pasar tiempo aquí. La cama de la recámara es sumamente cómoda, y las sábanas estaban olorosas y limpias, el sofá cama de la sala es cómodo, pero para hacerlo incluso más cómodo, Jorge tiene una manta acolchonada en el closet, si uno pone la manta la situación mejora mucho. Yo no la utilicé porque me gustan las camas un poco duras, pero Jorge se aseguró de adecuarlo para cualquier gusto. Hubo algunas complicaciones al llegar, por ser quizás la primera arrendada de Jorge, pero es la persona más amable, atenta y responsiva que he encontrado en AIRBNB, solucionaba todo al instante y ofrecía muchas opciones para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos. Muchas veces, más importante que encontrarte con una magnífica casa que supere tus expectativas, es encontrarte con una extraordinaria persona que te asegure una buena estancia, que ponga todo su empeño en hacerte sentir bien. Le debo mucho a Jorge por estos dos días que pasé en su casa, es un ser humano especial. No sólo porque el lugar está bien equipado, bien situado y bien cuidado, sino porque Jorge se comportó más allá de mis expectativas, recomiendo a cualquier persona llegar a este lugar. Además, Jorge nos comentaba que está por incluir más servicios a su hogar, como un par de bicicletas (Nuevo Vallarta cuenta con una ciclovia) y sombrilla y sillas de playa, a mí no me tocó disfrutarlos, pero sé de la utilidad de ellos, la próxima persona que se quede podrá hacer uso de eso y será incluso mucho mejor que mi experiencia. Muy recomendado.

David's apartment is perfect for those looking for a weekend getaway. He's a great communicator and had answers to all my questions in a very reasonable amount of time each time I reached out to him. I was a little worried about the Wi-Fi as other guests had left reviews saying that it wasn't great. Fortunately, I had no issues at all with the Wi-Fi disconnecting on me throughout my stay. Overall I had a great stay and David was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

David's place is great and he was a wonderful host! We had lots of questions (first time air bnb'ers) and he answered them quickly. The pool here is awesome and right outside the door! The beach is a few steps away (under a minute walk) and is absolutely beautiful. The unit is a lot bigger then it seems in the pictures and has its own private entrance from the rest of the units. The Wifi was a little spotty at times but in no way ruined anything about the unit - who needs to be connected the whole time when your on vacation anyways! Nuevo Vallarta is a quiet little town but its super easy to grab a taxi and hear into Puerto Vallarta or any of the other surrounding communities. Many great restaurants and if you have time - go to Dolce Vita you will not be sorry!

Nicole was probably one of the best hosts I've ever had on Airbnb. She was incredibly attentive and the spot was well worth the value. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and clean. This is a great spot for someone who wants to be out and about in the area as it's a cheap cab ride or easy walk to Bucerias which is a great town.

We stayed at Nicole's place for the month of February. The complex is right on a beautiful sandy beach with the most amazing sunset. There is a huge pool, and second lap pool directly on the beach. Mu husband and I kitesurf directly from the beach outside the complex. A really wonderful place. The studio apartment is basic, nothing fancy, but good value. Nice view of the ocean. We wished the bed was bigger (we are used to sleep in a king size bed, so a we felt cramped in a double mattress) but Nicole is thinking of getting a larger one. I recommend this place to anyone who love to watch a beautiful sunset on the beach :)

Lindas Place is just fantastic. The Condo is beautifull and in a very safe complex with gates. The pool is very close. Taxi stand across the street with nice new taxis and great prices. Fantastic Fajita Grill a couple minutes walk down the street. Beach access right across the street. Supermarkets are close and very large with everythign including snorkle gear. Linda has a wonderful manager for the condo who took the best care of us and made our stay effortless. She found activites for us that were great. She made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us get the netflix going. The Condo has a breakfast bar, a dining room table and breafast area. The patio is perfect and the neighbors invisible. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Wifi worked perfectly for our stay and we could make (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) calls no problem. Gardeners kept the grouns immaculate and the pool looked brand new. I have stayed in many Airbnb places, this one is absolutely flawless. I could not be happier.

This place was very nice. All of the pictures are accurate. The unit is bright and the a/c and wi-fi were fantastic (as good as high end US standards). Richard responded to all of my questions very quickly, checked in with me after arrival and quickly addressed my questions. Also, upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly owner who walked me through the unit and presented me with a nice bottle of wine. The property's pools are huge, clean and very refreshing (un-heated). There are nice cabanas and lounge chairs to use for free and there was never a problem finding an open seat. The beach is also nice. One fyi note -- This complex is located amongst all-inclusive hotels along the beach that did not welcome outside guests - even just to sit at the bar for a cocktail. So there really are no restaurants or bars you can walk to on the beach to simply order a cocktail or meal. There is one resort called the Bel Air which is a short walk up the beach from the property which provides a nice alternative. There, you give them your credit card at the front desk, they place a hold on your card and you then charge cocktails and food to your card all day. While there, you also have use of the pool (for no extra fee) so if you want, you can have a "resort" day of drinks in the pool at the swim up bar and then return to your quiet complex at the end of the day. There is a huge grocery store nearby the property ($3 cab ride) that has all the food and alcohol you need to fully stock up the condo. You can also walk to Bucerias in less than 30 minutes and the busses to Puerto Vallarta stop right in front of the property. I enjoyed my stay.

The place was great - very clean, on the beach, great pool. It was very easy to get to places. We went to Sayulita which only took about 30 minutes via cab. It is also easy to go to Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely go back and stay there!

House is only big enough for 6 people with beds, 2 additional with inflatable mattresses. Pool is really big and comfortable with nice water temperature, it has a great terrace for a BBQ day. A/C in the living room and top-front room need some fixing as house was really hot. Location is great, just a 5 min walk to the beach, 2 blocks from a Taxi place and in a really nice area.

The place is really nice and well located. There is a bicycle track that goes just in front of the condo so we rented bikes and was very easy and safe to move around, jog or just walk. The entrance to the beach is walking distance and there are good restaurants around. If you want to go to Puerto Vallarta there are taxis and public transportation in front of the condo. The swimming pool was a must in our travel so we enjoyed the clean and spacious one they have here. Alejandro sent us a guide which was complete and super helpful as well. We did not travel with our children this time but they would have enjoyed the place very much. The apt is comfortable and has everything you need for the stay. would love to come again!.
