Historic Site
“You can Uber, or take a scooter, or I recommend take the water taxi. Historic, great views; National Park maintained by the Federal government; tours of the barracks and more. Views of the Francis Scott Key Bridge – see where the Star Spangled Banner was written!”

“Anything could be happening at Creative Alliance. An art exhibition, a live musical performance, Elvis Wrestling. Nowhere else will you find the creativity and playfulness of Baltimore artists so beautify represented. Also it's two blocks from Patterson Park in Highlandtown a neighborhood full of great food and friendly locals.”

“A diamond in the rough, but a local favorite, nonetheless. Very good food and drinks. Cool location in the middle of an East Baltimore neighborhood. Could take a stroll around the park after dinner.”

“Some of our favorite Pizza in Baltimore is also on Eastern, but it's a bit of a walk. It's a cool skateboarding themed place made famous from appearing on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, and they deserve it, it's a solid spot. It also has a local bar and games like ski ball and old arcade games, so you can turn into a spot to have a beer or two while you entertain the kids. Also vegan and vegetarian friendly!”

Transit Station
“Small waterfront park, access to the promenade that stretches for miles around the harbor. Beautiful place for walks/runs and will take you to inner harbor and then to Federal Hill if you continue on. You can also get on the water taxi from this location to anywhere around the harbor.”

Pizza Place

“While Baltimoreans debate who has the best pizza in town, this place is always in the running. This swank Neapolitan pizzeria has killer deals -- 1/2 off pizzas on Monday nights and 1/2 off bottles of wine on Tuesdays -- but feel free to pop in for just a cocktail as those are notable, too.”
