“Designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon; an open kitchen on a counter surrounded by 40 seats allowing customers to observe the preparation of the dishes and select their menu according to their appetite, since 'La Carte' proposes small portions of typical dishes. This is how L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon was born in Paris.”

Shoe Repair
“To give my boots a second life. I always take them to Olivier Guyot, a passionate bootmaker and distinguished cobbler recognized for creating some of the most beautiful footwear in the city. He also has his own collection of tailor-made Derby and oxford shoes with a wonderfully flashy patina. On Thursday nights, he holds shoe-shining workshops in a small lounge upstairs from the shop. The classes are free as long as you bring a bit of cheese, charcuterie, wine, or whiskey! Reservations required.”
