The apartment is in a perfect location although communication with the host was a problem. After asking for the address we were given the courtyard in which the baths and the abbey is located. We then had to ring four doorbells until we got the right (URL HIDDEN) which we were told we shouldnt have done because we upset the dog. We were told a few days out that he had a 1 year old puppy, which was fine for us, but could be a problem for some people and should be part of the description. Place was clean and room was great. All in all. More communication would make this a great stay.

Seth's apartment is incredibly located, overlooking both the abbey and the baths, two of the major attractions. Seth welcomed us warmly and gave really good tips on pubs to visit and a good route to take to leisurely visit the main sights in Bath. A clean, quiet spot, very central and at a very reasonable price.

Seth is a welcoming, open, friendly, talkative guy! His apartment is right next to the abbey and the baths too, so nowhere could possibly be a more convenient location! Very generous and conscientious about cleanliness, and enjoys a good time--would definitely recommend staying here if you are in bath! Even with all those added benefits, it's still a good value in my opinion.

This was my first time using AirBnB and despite horror-stories I was pleasantly surprised both with the general service and my host. I stayed in a spacious, comfortable private room in a beautiful apartment in the very centre of Bath (right next to the Cathedral and Roman baths). For an apartment in the city centre, it is a quiet place to stay and you'll get a good night's sleep. Other brilliant features included: - Wi-fi, towels and other essentials were cheerfully provided. - Access to a modern and clean kitchen. - Main bus stops are seconds away from the front door. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others as well. The price when I stayed there was almost half the price of a night's stay in the very cheapest hotel I could find. I made the right choice staying here instead.

Fantastic location right next to the Abbey. Seth is a very friendly and chatty host happy to answer any questions about Bath as well as suggest great places to visit. Flexible with check in and check out times (he was always out and about but not too far) which was very helpful. Lovely flat.

We (3 adult women) stayed 2 nights at Hannah's place and it was perfect. Hannah was welcoming and friendly, helpful with suggestions for dinner, and other hints that helped with our stay. The apartment is in a terrific location within easy walking distance to the centre of Bath. We were very comfortable, and it was like a home away from home. Hannah is a terrific host, and it was a pleasure to meet her and stay at her place.

Beautiful house with everything you need. The area is lovely and an ideal location for visiting the city centre. Hannah is a lovely person and provides all the info you need to enjoy your visit. I would 100% stay here again.

Hannah was very welcoming and extremely understanding about having to alter arrangements due to family ill health. The flat was lovely ; warm and spacious and the location perfect with a 15 min walk to the centre. Lovely and quiet at night and a really comfy bed! Being able to park the car in the driveway made our stay hassle free. We would definitely recommend Hannah as a host and would like to stay again.

The house is very comfortable and clean. It is juat far enough away from Central Bath to be quiet and private amd still a very shoet and easy walk to get there, we made the trip a few times in a day quite happiky. Hannah is lovely and very accommodating.

Hannah has been a wonderful host, the location of the flat is quite good just 15 mins walk to the heart of the city. It was my wife's birthday and Hannah helped me to book a table for us at the Boatman's which was a beautiful experience as well. She was also helpful in getting the parking sorted before we reached and informed us about the places to visit and giving tips to save our time. Lastly the Victorian house is tastefully kept by her and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'll surely recommend to stay at Hannah's place and whenever we go back to Bath, I'll like to stay at her place. Cheers Hannah!

Hannah was an extremely good host - and even enquired what type of milk we would like prior to our visit. She met us at the flat at the time we wanted and was helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. The flat is very roomy, well equipped and was more than big enough for the two of us. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend this flat.

We had the best time in Bath, the apartment is stylish but cosy and only a short walk away from the centre. Everything you need for a weekend away - the only thing we could have done with was more time. Very kind and communicative host with easy check in/check out in place. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. One of the best runs I've had was along the canals. Walking distance to everything...go to Thermae Spa! Also close to a supermarket which was very helpful and we could easily walk to train station to take us to London.

Communication with Sean was easy and he replied quickly to all our questions. The room we stayed in was not the room on the advert's picture. However, the room's size and furniture seemed to be quite similar. The location is great, you can walk anywhere in central Bath within a few minutes. Sean also gave as an advise where to park for free, from there we could walk to the accommodation in max. 10 minutes. Great! When booking I was convinced we will have our own bathroom, but we had to share with people staying in the other rooms. Maybe I read the advert wrong - I tried to re-check it, but the advert was no longer available on the airbnb website, so I cannot check. The bathroom and especially the shower weren't clean, but since we were sharing with other people and only had a look at the shower in the morning, I am not sure whether it was clean when we arrived. In the room we had a kettle and free tea and instant coffee. It was not possible to lock the door to our room. That was a bit worrying because, as I said, other people stayed on the same floor. In total from the provided pictures, I expected something a little bit nicer. However, the location is great and for the 1 night we stayed in Bath it was sufficient.

We had the most perfect weekend in Bath with the accommodation being one of the main reasons for that. The flat is a perfect combination of luxury and homely, would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for two nights with our ten month old baby. We had a lovely time in this gorgeous apartment. It's a perfect place to stay and soak up the atmosphere of Bath. Very close to town and the sights; but the apartment is so nice you could happily just stay in! Brace yourself for the climb up the steps, but I like an adventure and it's so worth it.

What an amazing place! The location is perfect and the flat is stunning, couldn't have asked for more. Quick and easy check-in made the trip very enjoyable.

The room was as expected and the communication was precise and to the point, the location was also good with regards to distance to and from both the train station and the city centre and sights.

We stayed with Emma for two nights and had a fantastic stay in Bath. She was really welcoming, showing us around the house and even making us some delicious flapjacks and leaving us out pastries and fruit for breakfast. The house is beautiful and in a really nice and quiet street. Beds were really comfortable and we could go in and out of the house as we pleased. Everything we needed was provided and it was easy to get hold of Emma if we needed anything. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely, homeley and central accommodation in Bath. Emma gave us a lovely warm welcome, and with special personalised touches we were made to feel very comfortable! The room was lovely, with an en suite and everything we needed for our short weekend break. Just a short 5-10 minute walk across the bridge and we were in the centre of Bath. A reasonable price for a busy time of year, would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

I had stayed here before and had been very happy with it, so returned for a second trip. Emma made us feel very welcome and talked through our cycling plans with us. She was happy to accommodate our bikes securely. She posted back the costume I had left in the room and was very nice about it. Emma did what she could to assist us with her local knowledge and we were very happy with our stay.

We stayed two nights at Emma's for a best friends wedding and honestly didn't want to leave. She was a warm and welcoming host who couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming coffee cup cakes, tip on the best hairdressers to best home made fruit berry jam and bread for breakfast. Her home is spotlessly clean, elegantly decorated, very relaxing, and very centrally located. We will have beautiful memories of our weekend staying with her.

Emma was wonderful at keeping in touch with me. She was warm and welcoming and helpful. Her home is beautiful and full of interesting things to look at the read. The twin room we were staying in was comfy and perfect for our needs. We had a shower en-suite (no bath) and the loo was attached to a saniflo (macerator), neither of these things detract from the lovely stay. The location of the accommodation was half way between the city centre and the train station and once we got our bearings found it very easy to get where we needed to be.

Ann's place is a lovely spot to stay in Bath! I didn't realize just how central her home is until I actually got to Bath and was able to walk literally everywhere I wanted to go. The room was very cute and comfortable, and it was so fun getting to know Ann and the other guests over her lovely breakfasts. Also her homemade cinnamon buns and lemon curd are to die for.

I extended my stay again! Ann's house is not only good for short term but also long term visitor!! Highly recommend!

I liked very much staying at Ann's. Her house is located in a very quiet area, just five minutes from Pultney Bridge, that is to say, the very centre of Bath. The room is nice and confortable and Ann offers a varied and healthy breakfast every morning. It is a pity I had to leave very early during the week and could share very little with her and the other guests. All in all, I had a very nice stay.

Ann's place is ideally located, just a 2 minute walk from the town centre of Bath. I can not recommend this more highly as the ideal place for a short stopover in Bath. The accommodation is 5 star.

I had a really lovely stay with Ann, the bedroom was gorgeous and the bed really comfy i would highly recommend. The location is also great, just the right distance from the centre to be near but also for it to be a bit quieter. Faultless.

Count yourself lucky if you are able to stay at Ann's! Ann and her home are both elegant and full of grace. And the friendly Crumpet is a delight to have around as well. Ann's flat is very lovely - flat has a beatiful garden that I was very impressed by ( it is big and full of flowers), Ann's breakfast is organic, healthy and yummy, she gives you full understanding of Bath). Room I stayed was beautifully decorated, clean and new. Very quiet, although it faces the street. I had a very special stays, and will come back to stay bext time.

Lucy was a very nice hostess. She was wonderful. The building is just old and needs some TLC.

Lucy's place offered affordable accommodation in Bath, just a short walk from all the shops, galleries, cafes and museums, which was perfect. In town within ten minutes - great pub across the road, another with great music in the road behind. All in all a perfect location to explore the city, with a charming, simple style.

Lucy arranged for us to be met and was most accommodating in this regard. The room was large and comfortable and the position of the flat was close to all attractions in Bath. Lucy was friendly and informative.

Lucy was very welcoming and shared a lot of information. She also has lots of information leaflets. There is a nice original pub just across the street, "The Star Inn", which is definitely worth a visit. Close to the city centre, around 10-15 minutes walk.

Overall is ok. Location is really good. It is located in the middle of the town centre and it is very convenient to go anywhere especially the famous attractions. But if you are a very clean and tidy person, then this might not be suitable for you.

We had a fantastic time staying in Eddie's place in Bath. The location was amazing and in the centre of everything. Eddie went out of his way to welcome us, offering advice on the best pubs and restaurants as well as leaving coffee/milk/juice and cakes for us in the room. The room was also perfect- exactly like the pictures and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend Eddie's place to others.
