We are in the heart of the heart of Battery Point! Walk to the docks, CBD, Salamanca market, Princess Park (Kids love it ) restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, MONA ferry and adventure tour bases. Its a fantastic location! Relaxing and private outlook. We live in the main house above the studio and there is minimal but occasional sounds heard.
