Arber in a quiet side street. Perfect for all seasons. Walking paths pass immediately beside the apartment. The National Park Zentrum Falkenstein is only 3.4 km away, the ski and cross-country area only 4 km. (Large arbor, board shafts, discs). Leisure baths with sauna are available in Zwiesel, Lam and Bad Kötzting. Just enjoy.
