Apartment in the basement with a dream bathroom

Hiking, cycling, skiing, 10 minutes to Schliersee. Ski bus stop 5 min away. The apartment is locked and offers max. 4 persons. It is ideal for persons 2 with baby or infant. In the kitchen-living room there is a large comfy sofa bed. This is going pretty well for a night or two. Only the hallway in the entrance area is there for everyone. Parking space available. It is 500 m to Fischbachau train station. Garden can be used. Max 2 dogs allowed! No cats please!

The real Seehäusl is located directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore stripes. For safety reasons, I can't accept reservations or requests with children under 12. The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are my private area.
