This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. The space is designed with leisure stays, but also capable of accommodating business travelers. Coffee+Cocktails are now available downstairs, opened in 2023! 8AM-11PM

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Free street parking on both Erie and Gladstone. About 7 min from Downtown by car. Entrance is the right side door which is not shared along with everything else to make it completely private for our valued guests! Heaters are provided for guests and thermostat is always on Heat mode for the winter season especially so our guests can feel comfortable!

This is a private apartment on the 3rd floor of my restored 1905 home in one of Detroit's hippest neighborhoods. Private entrance, big bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, large eating nook, living room. So close to the river - walk to Belle Isle, Marrow, Sister Pie and TwoBirds cocktails. Last but not least, a very comfortable pillow top mattress so you feel great!
