There is always something happening around here. Come in the spring and you might get to witness a calf being born. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. There might be a chance to watch them gentle one of these wild horses.

Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We do not allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet.
