idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large living room-kitchen, fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We only use it as a passage. A supermarket in the neighborhood, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates at the stairs. The stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch.

When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The Maashuisje was completely renovated in 2023 and has a high finish. In the cottage is a bathroom and a separate toilet room but still has a 2nd luxury bathroom separate from the house. The house has a covered balcony where you have an overview of the mesh and the backyard.
