A beautiful 300 year old apartment which has exposed beams, large open plan living room and a kitchen. The building is Grade 1 and 2 listed. Enjoy a 30 second walk to the river with easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This attractive Georgian town sits directly upon the River Severn. There are farmers markets and stalls on the weekend and great pubs, restaurants and cafes to dine in and have a drink! We are situated close to many historic riverside towns in the area.

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.
